Stopped at the Joplin Mo Billy Sims at 12:45 for 1/2 of pound of sliced brisket. The they at the drive through was very rude. And informed me they had just done a big catering and had no sliced brisket. Isn’t that your business?
How does a place that’s main menu idea brisket and they are out? Other brisket place was happy to take my money.

I have ordered a lot of food for you guys and I really loved your food. Last week I came in and spent way over 100 and some dollars on food and the baked potatoes. I had two of them. They were not done all the way my brisket was dry I’ve always had my food moist and good. I think the only thing that I liked is, I had ordered a sandwich when I came in to pick up my order and that was really good with the bar with the mayonnaise barbecue and the macaroni and cheese that was the only thing out of all the food that ordered plus the banana dessert was the worst meal I’ve ever gotten from you guys like I said potatoes were not done the way. The brisket itself was very dry and stuff. If I would’ve live closer, I could’ve brought it. I would’ve done that.

The brisket and chicken were dry. They only have three prepackaged sauces. The green beans tasted canned. The corn bread was generic. The coleslaw was decent and ribs were okay, but I wouldn’t say famous.

Not happy at all the meat was dry cold and u can just tell it was old been sitting for quite a while I couldn't even finish the meat... mac and cheese was good and the stickers where good .... but for the price i paid servings where small and as I said in the beginning meat was cold dry and old I couldn't even finish eating it...... door dash driver was there waiting for the food as they where on time so don't blame door dash..... and i ordered through ur website for delivery and doordash is the one who delivered so its on your store noone else......just sad

We ordered catering from here for our daughter’s 1st birthday party.
Communication and customer service were both amazing.
Everyone couldn’t stop raving about how great the chicken and brisket were. There was a perfect smoke flavor. Everyone also loved the Mac n cheese and potato salad, which usually aren’t huge hits.
On top of that, they let us use their insulated cooler to keep the food warm until the time of the party. Everything from them was phenomenal. I’d recommend them for any event you might need catered, lunch or dinner.

My Partner and I Came here yesterday and ordered Our food for dine In,as We have 3 times before. When behind us Came 2 Older maybe Mid 60's Woman of African American decent. They were ordering food and One Of the Women were squinting at the Board and Asked about a Sandwich and what Came on it. Your Extremely Rude Young Employee said to Her "It's up there on the board ". So I explained to the woman what was on there and I am a African American and I Took offense to it and told My Partner to have the employee refund our TIP only. Also have the Manager Call us. He did and He was Disrespectful and Rude To Her. The part that upset Me was He the Owner Didn't do any sort of Investigating before telling My Partner ,His Employee isn't Rude . Although He wasn't there himself to see The Young Man's Behavior towards the Only Black customers. I as well felt offended. He then went on a tirad of Accusing My Partner and I Of Not being Honest regarding what Occured. If Billy Sims Knew About this , He would Pull His Support as I Will do Myself of this Francise. My Partner immediately Offered Her Phone to the Lady whom had been disrespected in the first place.when the older Black Woman got on the phone, with the so Called defensive Racist owner had finished talking to Him without a resolution, She replied He the Owner is Just as Bad As the Employee, A Very Obvious Biggot. When He the owner then Hung Up I Used Her Phone to call Him Back ,My Partners phone number had been blocked. Now as Far as you the owner calling Us Both Liars,That won't due Sir. ...For I was there and your so Called Employee could of answered The Woman's Question , But choose Not to. It's sad in 2024 This sort of Mistreatment still exists. The Woman who was told to read the board, Was Upset and won't be back as I Myself choose. Corporate should be notified.
