I had the nachos with chicken best nachos I have ever had will definitely recommend coming to Billy sims bbq for there food amazing and the service is awesome can’t ask for anything better staff is so nice respectful and very helpful

Quite possibly the worst brisket I have ever had from a BBQ restaurant. Dry and zero flavor. Ribs and pork were tender and juicy but again, NO flavor. Do you even smoke your meats? West Bend is in need of a real bbq place badly.

Got the 3 meat dinner. Pulled pork and polish sausage were great! Brisket was overcooked and dry.
Wow! Tried some samples at a downtown WB & decided to stop in today. Had no idea they had all this nice seating & huge set up! Food is INCREDIBLE and they offer catering. Very nice people & great service. My fam is obsessing over their meals!!! They also have 7 choices under $7. We'll be back often!

This is a hidden gem. The ribs are so tender and juicy. They taste great without any sauce. The bologna is delicious and so are the hot links. The workers are super nice and checked the label of their potato salad to double check for allergens for me. Clean restaurant and comfy booths to sit in. Definitely coming here again!

Food was cold and when I asked them to warm it up the employee put his hands on his head like it was a problem. I would have been happy with them just reheating it but the other employee said I'm sure he'll remake your order.

They never should have opened for business on the day I was there. They were missing half of their entres... And limited in others.. The meat in bulk was terrible tough. Would have been better just going to the other food shops next door.

Usually we just get takeout from billy sims, but we decided eat in on a whim. It was our first, but definitely not our last time! The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was top tier. Clean, caring, and overall an easygoing yet attentive dining experience.
