Amazing sandwiches, fries, and fungus; aka breaded portobello mushrooms!! Brazen melt with sweet potato waffle fries and blackened melt with fries. Everything was delicious, generous servings and great service! Also no blaring music that you could actually have a normal conversation.

The best burger I have had in a LONG time. Absolutely the best burgers in Washington county that's for sure.

First time visiting this place, a fellow veteran and friend of mine told me about the burgers here. I got the brazen bacon cheese burger, it was awesome. I had asked the bartender who waited on me if they do Veterans discounts, they don't, but I did get a free shot. Nice place that looks like an Irish Pub, I might visit again next year in March for St. Patty's Day.

We stopped at Brazen Head Pub during a recent trip to West Bend, and wow — Tyler made me the best portobello “burger” I’ve had in my half century on this planet! The mushroom was bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection with a thin, crispy char around the edges. The grilled onions were beautifully caramelized, the Swiss cheese perfectly melty, and the brioche bun lightly toasty, soft and fresh. The garlic aioli took it completely over the top.
My friend — who doesn’t even like mushrooms — tried a bite and couldn’t believe how good it tasted. The bartender was super friendly and even helped us pick out a great souvenir hoodie to remember our trip.
It was a beautiful bar — warm, welcoming, full of character...and a little bit of humor. If I’m ever back in West Bend, I’ll definitely return for another incredible portobello burger (and maybe a black hoodie of my own!). Wink, wink, nudge, nudge — please order more hoodies.
Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!

Stellar burgers and staff. Please add Beyond or Impossible to the options.
This is one of my “go to” pubs when in the West Bend area.
It’s a tight space. Difficult if you have a party above 4. Most tables are setup for 2.
But the food (burgers and wings) are awesome. Great friendly service.
We happened in on a Thursday. Wing night. Great flavors. Suggest the Garlic Parmesan and the Buffalo sauce. Delicious!
Just a fun pub feeling. Well lit, clean and excellent food

The burgers are amazing here. If you've been there, you already know 😃
The fungus, the burger, the fries, simple food done better than anyone, and served with a friendly smile. Congratulations on winning the Best Burger in Wisconsin 2025!
Unbelievable burgers and wings. Food is excellent. Bartenders are very nice and busted their tails. Two cooks were working hard and food out in timely manner even though place was full. Seating is limited and the rap/hip hop music playing is a little odd for the crowd that was there.
First time visitor at Brazenhead, ordered a burger and fries and was blown away at how great this burger was. Cooked to perfection. Can't wait to visit again!
Food was very good
