Visit was okay until someone's partner showed up with toddler wearing a pro trump shirt, put his kids shoes and all on the counter and stated waving yelling for their partner working in the back...excuse me this shows and they whole child on the counter we pick up our food from.

Don't bother going for breakfast. Understaffed and the people they have get your order wrong and when you politely try to get something corrected get all snippy about it. Likely because the owner doesn't care enough to staff properly, likely due to the traffic in the am, due to bad service, etc etc, it's just a spiral of mismanagement.
The Truth
Extremely slow service. Had to wait 5 minutes just to order on a Monday at 1:30! Nobody else in the store! So irritating! Work harder people!!!

Waited in line 45 mins then got whst looked like a hamburger the size of a 50 cent piece. Illsee if I can post the photo. They said they were going to send a couple of coupons for the hassles. Aaron. Chrissy the manager refused to come to the phone. Avoid this Burger King. They stole this burger off someone else's tray that I saw sitting while I waited at the window

Came here on March 3rd at 5pm. CRAZY car TRAFFIC!!! Like always… Set up my order online and everything went through perfectly. They even stapled my bags shut! (Food for four)
Super nice people and food was great. Best BK experience in ages. The lady running the show was the nicest fast food employee I think I’ve ever spoken with. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!

There French frys put Micky D's to shame. The bacon melts are to die for.
My go-to for lunch on the go. Best fries in west bend. I hope they bring back the maple bourbon whopper! Especially love it when Tammy is working! She is very efficient and she takes pride in her work !!

Ordered from Burger King today. This is pathetic the bread's not cooked. There's nothing on the burger. Never been more disappointed Supposed to be a Mushroom burger. This is terrible.

Absolutely ridiculous drive thru wait What are you guys doing inside? No line inside or outside...Every time we come we literally have to wait 10-15min I kid you not. Timed it. I tried again same mess. Not busy no line what the heck is going on I'm done I will drive commute to another area ridiculous. Food is good tho but not worth the wait times. I would understand if it was a line, busy yes but not the case...

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me. Got home and the food was cold, if there had been any ice in the drinks it was melted, and one of the sandwiches was missing. Will definitely never come back.
