Kids running around doesn’t even begin the problems we encountered here. We were seated immediately which was nice. We started with waters and that’s when things went down hill. There was a piece of meat or something in the water. They reluctantly replaced it but the idea that the cups weren’t even clean ruined the idea of the restaurant itself. Food came out about 20 minutes later, it was very mid if not low quality. I think the only way to actually enjoy being there and to enjoy the food, you have to be very drunk. It was loud and unclean with children running around as their parents drank. Not the best but close to the worst I’ve been to.

Was waited on immediately. The gentleman who took me to my seat was pleasant and fast with food and drink. The food is amazing and the margaritas... oh boy, did I feel the tequila 😉 will come again for sure!

We walked in and got seated quickly. The older gentleman came and took our drink order and then cAme back and took our order! Very efficient and friendly and quick! Great food great drinks

Maybe half a burrito 2 spoons of rice and beans small portions waitress didn't understand English and frickin expensive got home and everyone got sick not worth it will never go back i recommend not going taco bell better

I'm officially done with Casa Tequila. It's been years since I'd been to one of their locations due to a previous bad experience. My latest visit confirmed I should have stayed away. Never again!!!

I love West Bend Casa Tequila!! I go all the time with friends and family. They have daily specials and the BOGO margaritas on Monday and Wednesday are so good! I love the bogo mojitos on thursdays as well. They have a very large vegetarian section and all of their food is very good. It comes out quickly and the staff is extremely friendly. We will be back! Thanks for being great Casa Tequila!

Huge shout out to Casa Tequila in West Bend for my experience tonight. My 2.5 year old son had a puking incident there and the staff were all so kind. Our waitress, other waiters/waitresses in our area, and the woman who came over to help clean things up were so wonderful and also so nice to my son. No one looked disgusted or irritated. It was just amazing. The service is always great there, and same with the food. Thank you Casa Tequila West Bend, I will never forget your kindness in a stressful situation.
Food was not good and prices were high. The mexican rice and salsa were tasty but I would not recommend the shrimp tacos. The place is too expensive for the quality.
