The price on your website is not what we were charged. On the website the chili dogs are 2 for 5. We were charged 3.99 each. I had the garlic chicken tenders and on the website they are 8.69. I was charged 10.49. The buns on the chili dogs were starting to get stale. You should honor the price stated on your website. And yes I specifically chose the west bend location. I feel like we were scammed by false advertising.

Got a shrimp dinner was bad not dark but burnt bread and ff had burnt toast all over them too. Very disgusting. Called and was given well he has been train for two days oh really. Never again.

Don’t order off menu. If it’s not a blizzard on the menu they don’t know how to make it or just don’t want to. Literally complained about making a very simple off menu item.Jumbos is better. They let you customize. Lesson learned.

Their blizzards only have the flavoring go half way down. Rip-off! Happened to me twice and I called in to complain. Manager admittes the problem and said he needed to train better. Now someone I know just got one and the same thing happened!

Never have been a huge fan of the food here but since the power was out where we planned on going we thought we’d give Dairy Queen a try. I was looking for a healthier fast food option like every other chain has like a salad or grilled chicken sandwich but I didn’t see that on their menu. So I asked the young cashier and he informed me if I wanted something healthy I should go to pick n save. So we left and won’t be back. Your ice cream cakes are good though and I will probably continue to buy those when needed.

So i got my usual Sauced & Tossed Honey BBQ w/Drink via door dash tonight, The food itself was very good as always but as usual this DQ location for whatever reason will never hand out plastic silverware with this order. No matter if i go in to the restaurant and dine in. (My normal method) or if i have door dash bring it to me at work. I have to eat as i work and i don't wanna have to clean up barecue sauce, because you cant be bothered to include the to go silverware that i know exists.... At least put the silverware out by the soda machine for dine in customers so i can just grab it myself, if you wont hand it out with the orders and make sure its in the bag on to go orders... someone in management please fix this, its so minor and simple to fix yet it happens 100% of the time to me no matter my method of ordering.

I INQUIRED TO BE SURE THAT THE DILLY BARS IN THE FREEZER WERE IN FACT WHAT WAS MARKED ON THE BAG.. SO, HALF VANILLA DILLY BARS & HALF CHOCOLATE DILLY BARS & I WAS TOLD WHAT WAS ON PKG WAS CORRECT.. WRONG.. ALL VANILLA.. VERY
