I really used to love this place but then I met the kind of people you hire. Whoever drives the ridiculous little blue race car with oversized spoiler has a serious attitude problem. He or she loves to tailgate for no reason even when the posted speed limit is being followed. You think with the giant dominoes sign on top of their car they would be a little more courteous and careful while on the road. Because not only are they making themselves look bad but they’re making all of dominoes look bad. I tried to keep this on the down low by calling the West Bend location, but no one answered the phone even though the website clearly states you’re open until 12 AM. Congratulations! you just lost another household as customers of your establishment. Do better!

When my food was being delivered, my dog squeezed right through the door when I opened it. I am so thankful for the driver for grabbing my dogs collar because my dog is a runner. Saved me a whole bunch! Food was great as always very thankful! :)
Didn't receive thr right toppings on the pizza that was delivered. Ordered a soda and got charged for it. The driver said he didn't k ow anything about it. Manager said he would give me a $30.00 credit on my next order. Next time I call they tell me they don't ha e my # on file so no credit. I'll never order from them again.

Last saturday, we know your team was busy, but I wanted to share that the pizza & cheesy bread we ordered was noticeably the best version of dominoes I’ve ever had ?! Cheesey/jalepeno bread was packed with deliciouness & flavor. Our pizzas were garlic-y & saucey as I love them to be.
Just wanted to share that your care & quality of prep work did not go unnoticed ?

We order from here from time to time and it's always great. They make great food and it's ready when they say it will be. We keep coming back because they're reliable and make great food. We usually do carry-out, but when we have gotten delivery, we have had great drivers as well. :)
Something really happened the subs are very small burnt cheese on veggie sub came really early then had to pay more then I was told done.

When I went to my car, I checked my order just to make sure everything was accounted for and looked good. I was missing the 6 dipping sauces, which was paid for. Haven't ordered from Domino's in years, but just had to try the new $19.99 special. It was AWESOME! The pizzas were cooked EXACTLY the way we like them, cheese just a little brown, and the parm bites were to die for. We chose to pick up our order (West Bend) and the employees were very polite and friendly. We will be making this a monthly (or bi-weekly) occasion.

Nothing wrong with the food itself, it’s more the delivery driver Valerie. Who bullies someone into tipping more? Got really angry with my tip and expected me to give her more which I stated I already applied tip money and she went on a rant how people like me take advantage of delivery drivers (I’m a delivery driver myself) and how I’m a POS and slammed my food on my hands and stoned off slamming the complex doors. Most recently I had my partner order and she was the delivery driver, again started to berate my partner about tipping and how it’s her fault her kids can’t eat tonight. This is so unprofessional and wrong to bully someone for tip money. Will not be ordering delivery from this dominos in west bend as long as she’s employed
