Firehouse Subs West Bend Center

Wouldn’t know how the food is placed my order for rapid pick up and waited over an hour at that point I couldn’t even pick it up. Why have rapid pick up. Thank god this isn’t a firehouse because my house would burn down by the time they got there.

Update no refund just a backhanded apology and told me to try them again not even a discount. Wow I’m pretty sure a horses behind could run this place better. Shame on the owner

The subs were excellent. Service was outstanding! I didn’t get the young guys name but he was extremely funny and I was very impressed. We arrived 30 minutes before close on Friday and still received excellent service. Restaurant was very clean and organized. As a Restaurant Manager it was nice to be on the receiving end. Great job!!

Impressively slow service. Cashier was polite. 30 minute wait for a sandwich. The sandwich was fantastic. Not worth the wait.

Went bought meal only had sugar free drinks subs were ok but the Oshkosh Wisconsin location is best id not return to the west bend location I've reviewed quit a few restaurants but the sub was lacking meat and I've had the other locations before usually you get a filling sub.

Honestly I only went here because we got 30$ of free food, but the food was absolutely terrible. I’d rather have any other sandwich place than this place. The turkey is super WET. I did like the bread though.

Colten the manager told me he or she could not refund my sandwich that was made wrong unless I was physically in the store also said they could remake it. Why would I want to come back or get a free sub when you couldnt make it correct to begin with. Such a joke!
