Ordered delivery from Jimmy John’s. They stated my order was delivered, however I never received anything. Called the store to follow up and they said they can’t help- refused to remake order or provide a refund. Horrible service.

1. I downloaded the app to order ahead but we arrived before I completed everything 2. Cashier took are order didn't have the app completed to get rewards after 2 subs for over $40. 3. After subs are made they didn't put are subs in a bag, we asked for napkins and they tell us there right there having customers reaching over the counter. How unprofessional.

So I ordered food online while I was out and was going to pick up on my way home. After I had paid for my food I get an email that said my estimated time for it to be ready was tomorrow. The time was around 1920, and the fact that I ordered their new tosted subs I didn't want them cold. I then tried to call multiple times and the phone just kept ringing and ringing and no one answered. I then drove to the restaurant, and I was iratated at this point. When I got there I asked to speak to a manager about what was going on with the system giving tomorrow as a pick up time. There was no manager on duty, so I talked to the employees. Out of the three employees in there the young man, who could tell I was iratated (i didn't hide it in my tone) was very helpful and polite. The other 2 however just gave me attitude when I told them about the email and how it's not helpful to not have a correct pick up time. They were actually mad at me because I was irritated with their system not communicating properly, and told me that's the way it has been and it's not going to change. The food was OK, nothing to write home about, but this whole thing about not getting any sort of correct communication on when to actually pick up the food is very annoying. I won't ever order online or by phone from this location again, but I will go in and order from the counter because I do like their subs. However, i was kind of let down by there toasted subs, gonna stick with cold cuts.

I ate here today during lunch. I am fairly confident that the entire staff hates their job. Everyone I talked with had attitude and there was a guy in a grey hat that was incredibly rude.

We live on the otherside of West Bend. This is the second time in a row they messed up my sub. I ordered the Bourbon Smoked Cheddar sub and the first time it didn't have the Bourbon sauce. The second time there was no cheese and no sauce. It's ridiculous to order a specific specialty sub and they don't even put the proper ingredients on it. So I called and they said I had to drive all the way back across town and bring the Sub back instead of fixing the situation. I'm done with this Jimmy Johns! How hard is it to follow the directions of what people want on their Subs? This is your job! You have one job and can't even do that right.

So fast you'll freak. They are very fast. Subs are very good also. I've read the reviews, 70% of them are bad. So I had to go back again. The lady who makes the subs, is Great. Customer service, not so good, delivery is very bad. 94 min to get to Barton. I still enjoy there cold subs. This is my NEW Review, 3 stars total.
In case you can't tell by the outer edges of the pickle. It's soggy. Not crunchy at all. This is awful.

I don't know names, but a you man took my order, he was very nice. A lady made my sandwich...it was the BEST freaking sandwhich I ever had in my life!!! I had thst thing gone by the time I made it home. Was going to call and let them know they did a GREAT job with service and food quality, but by then it was closing time. Good job Jimmy Johns! Loved it!
