We live on the otherside of West Bend. This is the second time in a row they messed up my sub. I ordered the Bourbon Smoked Cheddar sub and the first time it didn't have the Bourbon sauce. The second time there was no cheese and no sauce. It's ridiculous to order a specific specialty sub and they don't even put the proper ingredients on it. So I called and they said I had to drive all the way back across town and bring the Sub back instead of fixing the situation. I'm done with this Jimmy Johns! How hard is it to follow the directions of what people want on their Subs? This is your job! You have one job and can't even do that right.

So fast you'll freak.
They are very fast.
Subs are very good also.
I've read the reviews, 70% of them are bad. So I had to go back again. The lady who makes the subs, is Great. Customer service, not so good, delivery is very bad. 94 min to get to Barton. I still enjoy there cold subs. This is my NEW Review, 3 stars total.

I don't know names, but a you man took my order, he was very nice. A lady made my sandwich...it was the BEST freaking sandwhich I ever had in my life!!! I had thst thing gone by the time I made it home. Was going to call and let them know they did a GREAT job with service and food quality, but by then it was closing time. Good job Jimmy Johns! Loved it!

Ordered on website, to have delivered. To my surprise it tells me I have to come get it. I called and they can't cancel the order, can't change it to delivery, and I have to call back in five minutes to get this.No.I'm charging it back instead.

The Club Lulu never disappoints!

We ordered ONE sub sandwich, two bags of.chips and a pickle for delivery. It took over an hour to get our food, even though we live less than 2 miles from the restaurant! I called them after about 50 minutes, asking about the status of the order. I was told it was on its way. It was more than 15 minutes after the call that we FINALLY got the food! No apology was offered. After this experience, I will not return to the West Bend Jimmy John's!
