The only "Jumbo" thing about this place is the Jumbo @$$hole, who I'm assuming is the manager, maybe even the owner, and the way he treats his employees. They're just kids behind the counter and the way he was speaking to them was disgusting. Food isn't great either. Would not recommend to work here or eat here! Zero ⭐️'s

Although I LOVE coming to jumbos, tonight I witnessed an older gentleman (who I heard is friends with the owner) harass an underage employee. He tried hugging her and when she said I'm 16 I don't need to hug you he literally said "I don't care." When I asked if this man was bothering the workers they said it happens all the time. This is absolutely NOT ok. I wish I would have embarrassed that man. Disgusting.

Been coming here for years. Grilled cheese is always my favorite but the last couple times it wasn't even melted. I've seen the recent reviews stating the place has gone downhill. I'm hoping that's not the case as they always had the best grilled cheese sandwiches! I'm willing to give it another chance but if this happens again that'll be it for me.

Nobody wears gloves when cooking and I felt very grossed out once I saw one girl pick a wedgie and proceed to touch the food again. First and last time for me.
