Great steak. Sides of orzo and spinach were a let down. Scallops were teeny tiny! Corn fritters were on the edge of burnt. Waitress never asked if we needed more drinks. Salad was ice cold. Definitely way too expensive for what you get.
This is the most expensive meal I have ever had and it wasn't near the best meal I've ever had. Left slightly disappointed and $250 poorer. Feel like I should have gotten way more for what I paid.

I enjoyed trying the new menu options. We went with the Swedish Meatballs, Beef & Noodles, and gnocchi sausage stuffing. I normally choose Krimmers if in the mood for a steak (dry aged ribeye with blue cheese). They now have a lot of alternative pasta and entree dishes. It is a lot more versatile; we will be frequenting more often.

I am writing this review in hopes that the owner will see it and make some changes. My husband and I chose this restaurant for the atmosphere and knew the food was very good. We had reservations for early evening. The greeter is also the server and bartender. She was the only server up front and had 7 tables. We were given our drinks but waited a long time to put our order in. When she finally came to us, we decided to leave. Even though she told us she was caught up, we knew we would probably wait for awhile before our food would be brought to us. We watched her working hard and left her a nice tip for our drinks because we felt bad for her. There really should have been 2 if not 3 servers in front. This place gets very busy.

We came here with our kids on a Monday evening (they have a kids menu posted on their website, so while I realize it is an upscale place, we brought our VERY well behaved kids with us on what we thought would be a slow night for our anniversary). There were 3 occupied tables in the front (including ours), but there was a party in the backroom and only two workers to wait tables and make drinks, so the service was VERY slow to get started. We actually thought of walking out since it took so long for our server to get to us. We were given warm bread with two TINY squirts of butter (smaller that one butter packet combined) and I asked for more butter right off the bat, but we never got it. Our kids devoured the bread, but we were never offered more. Once our order was in, food came out pretty fast, but some things fell short. First, we got a cheese and cracker plate ($18) and were not even told what the cheeses were when it was served. If you are going to offer an artisanal cheese plate, at least tell your patrons what the cheeses are and where they are from. There were also croutons on the plate, which I thought was odd. Why not just provide a toasted baguette or crostini you could actually put cheese on? I added the croutons to my Cesar salad, where they belong. The steaks were good and cooked as requested. My kids ordered the macaroni and cheese (which was excellent) and the chicken breast. The chicken breast came alone on a plate, no sides. I thought for something offered on a kids menu it could have at least had a side (fruit, mashed potatoes, applesauce). Why even have a kids menu if you don't want to cater even a LITTLE BIT to kids or don't want them to come? We ended up splitting the mac and cheese and chicken between our kids, but I just thought the presentation was bizarre for something off a kids menu. Our bill was over $200. We won't be back. The food was good, but nothing wowed us, service was subpar due to lack of servers, and for the cost, there are WAY better places in my opinion.

They literally get their stuff from sending then just slap it on a plate and jack up the prices, I see them all the time before they open taking in food from sendiks and they literally have a menu item that was just 3 cookies with drizzle and put the tiniest pieces of fruit beside it to make it look expensive

Unfortunately this was not great. I spent 320 for family of 6 to eat dinner tonight. For the price this was sad experience but we just went with it since we were out celebrating. Steak overcooked ordered med rare and came med well, salmon was not like I have had it last 5 times (overcooked plus missing normal sauce on top just a small teaspoon on the side. No garnish on any plate, bread was small and dry, butter was size of half tablespoon and was for 6 people to share. Had to ask for more bread and butter twice because there wasn’t enough served for the people at the table. no lemons avail had to run to the basement, service was slow, cookies were not like they used to be either …. Idk what happened. Used to be a fan favorite. Waitress charged us gratuity for the 4 adult and 2 kids. She made $50 for not great experience. Good for her. Everyone was polite in my party as they were like it was fine…. Embarrassing when you want to take people out to nice meal. Everyone said when we left we should have went to copper dock or fox and hounds. Sad waste of money tonight, feel sad about our decision as no one likes to waste money.
First visit. All I can say is very disappointing. I had high expectations. I had one cocktail and was charged an extra $3.50 for ice. We had a crap cake appetizer and virtually no crab, just breading. I can’t recommend and I see no reason to visit again.
Way over priced for what we got!!! The food tasted great and service was good but $45 for a tiny piece of meat with no side is ridiculous. Plus you could taste the LP gas they cooked it on.
For a Saturday night at 7pm there was only 1 other group eating in there. I guess we should have realized why.

The food and service were both excellent! Great for a special occasion.
Excellent meal, very nice meat selection, drinks and selection were fantastic, very well prepared and presented.
Only thing missing was a piano player. Everything was amazing. We will be returning to enjoy the music. And awesome food.
We had a party of five. We called ahead and were told come out anytime as the night was slow due to the Easter holiday. We arrived at 6:50pm and waited well over 10 mins. Nobody around…no waiting staff, no bartender, no hostess. Absolutely terrible! We walked out and went across the street to an amazing authentic Mexican restaurant called Sabor A Mezcal. Had such a great time! Will be going back to Mezcal! WILL NOT be going back to Krimmers.
Very limited beer selection.
Eight steaks, all grey, no sear, no au jus, all overcooked. Missing vibe in the atmosphere and a steep price to boot.
