This location is good overall, but I’m disappointed about my order the other day. I ordered a large smoothie which is pretty expensive as is given it’s not from a smoothie place and it was missing like a quarter of it. Just annoying for the price.

I stood here waiting for 25 minutes for an online order. 2 other people came in ordered their food at the counter and got their orders before me. I received and attitude from. The two girls at the counter when I inquired about what the wait was.

Think it's funny that it another place that you're asking about service when there is none. You get a little ticket out of the machine after you pay for it you have to pick a chair. And then someone will bring your food out without saying a word to you. It feels like you're disturbing them from doing whatever it is they weren't doing well they weren't serving you.

I typically don’t write reviews but this is downright the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Without fail, and really I mean without fail, they will get your order wrong every single time. Whether it’s the wrong toppings on a burger, or just straight up missing things you ordered. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonalds.

Did a DoorDash delivery and DID NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT ORDER. Was missing fries with two meals, ordered a kids meal with nuggets but got a cheeseburger and no extra fries which I paid for. Got the buffalo chicken deluxe and bread was stale as hell like not even edible. Nuggets not fresh and sloppy burgers. Unacceptable behavior. Nothing was right and paid quite a bit for order. Took forever to process order as well. Just unacceptable as I also have worked in fast food as well. Don’t mess with peoples food please and insure everything is correct.

From a doordash delivery perspective this is the worst Mc Donald's in Washington county. Worse then Kewaskum. Food always marked ready and now serving. then 15 to 30 min later the food makes it to the delivery shelf. the only on time orders are from other drivers unnasigning due to long wait times. Would not recomend ordering from this location. Unprofessional, and a waste of my time.
They really went down hill after they stopped grilling the burgers fresh. I ordered a mcdouble, the bun and the meat were completely separated, dehydrated onions were on the wrapper and not the the burger 🙃

If you order threw any delivery service just skip this location. It takes no less than 30 min to complete an order. Constantly stating order is ready and sending texts with and empty shelf. Angry customers. 100% a problem 24/7

I thought the double cheeseburgers are suppose to have dill pickles. Mine never have the pickles. Is it just so hard to make the burgers correctly? 🙄 I just went back again and ordered 2 deluxe bacon ranch McCrispy. Neither one had any bacon (I always go thru drive-thru)

Really didn't want to talk negative about a fast food place but this place just gets worse and worse. Went this afternoon around 1pm wanting just 1 apple pie. When I came inside someone told me it will be a few minutes for a pie . Totally fine . Looked like there were a bunch of old pies sitting on the heater on the side. Figured they were waiting on making new ones. The manager kept asking them how long on the pies and I don't know what the answer was. After 20+ minutes of waiting for 1 apple pie the worker from the beginning grabbed one of the pies that was sitting on the side the whole time , took off the time sticker and then gave it to me. I couldn't wait there any longer so I just left. Was hoping that going again later tonight to get 1 small fry it would go better but again another 15 minute wait for 1 small fry. It wasn't even busy in there or at the drive thru. The fries were cold and insanely salty as well. I have worked at McDonalds and there is no way I would treat my customers like this McDonalds treats theirs. Please do better. Please be better.

I went for 2 large fries and a couple of double cheese burgers. When I got to the window for food I was handed the burgers along with one of the larger fries and was told to pull forward and the other would be out shortly. After about 5 minutes someone looked as if they were going to come out but they turned around. Another 5 minutes went by and more cars started to come through. Another car finally came behind me and after another 5 minutes someone came out and gave me a bag. There was a large fry in there along with whatever the person behind me had ordered. With how the weather was I was just going to take the bag and go but figured the person behind me would be waiting there just as long as I was and get the wrong food like I did. I took the bag inside and waited another 5 minutes to get the large fry I was missing. By this time all my food was cold and I haven’t been back there since.
