I had ordered a bowl of the noodles and bejin beef and I had gotten the wrong order, called and spoke to Rena who told me I could come in so they could fix it. I did and Rena was so amazing! The staff as well they apologized and had my correct order made right away!

If I could give it a zero star I would. Ordered food for pick up right away. Got the message that the food was ready after arriving and was told that it would be another 5 minutes. Thats fine . 35 minutes later still waiting for the food. Couldn't figure out how to cancel my order and the employees don't know how to use the computers. Ordered food at 6pm got food at 720 pm. Awful service .

Hard for people to eat here in a wheelchair or crutches. Crazy thr drive though is never open. They don't answer the intercom or window. Call they will answer but still won't come to the window and help. Nothing but excuses. Forcing customers inside. Put up a cone and a sign if your not going to ever have the drive though open!!!!!!!!!! 0 star will never eat here again

This would be a great place to open a restaurant! They open at 10, I came in at 11. They had cold fried rice, cold noodles, cold honey sesame chicken, warm orange chicken, over cooked egg rolls, teriyaki chicken, and crab Rangoon. The other 11 pans were empty! None of their special! And the cooks were in the kitchen talking rather than cooking!

Worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to! I wound up throwing all the cold limited food away and finding somewhere else to eat!

I love Panda. And I understand what goes on inside a fast food restaurant, I understand that things can get hectic. Especially when short staffed. Been there, done that. Can personally put myself in their shoes.
HOWEVER, today was just terrible negligence!
Firstly, door had a sign that the Lobby was closed, Drive Through only-which now forces people to wait in an extremely long line to just get their food that was already ready for pick up.
I placed my order via the website at about 1:05 pm. I made the pick up for 1:30. Plenty of time to make, or start making, whatever food needs to be made incase there was a shortage.
Because there was already a line for the drive through, it was an additional 30 minute wait just to get to the window. It's now 2:05.
Was then told that we would have to pull around front because they ran out of Kung Pao, and that they are making it now, which would be another 20 minute wait.
I already paid online, but I flat out told them don't bother. I would inquire about a refund online.
If they are already rushing to make food that should have been in the process AN HOUR ago, when I placed the order, I can already tell that they are not making quality food, even for fast food standards.
Panda makes you input the email AND phone number when ordering online. They could have called ahead of time to say, sorry, your order is running late. Or a text message.I could have canceled the order if need be.
I feel bad for the employees, because obviously they're overwhelmed, and the window worker was obviously very sorry and polite. But come on, management. Close the store if you don't have enough people to work, don't waste my time and gas sitting in a drive through.

This is not the first time but now the fourth time that I ordered and paid for double chow mein and didn't even get regular amount of chow mein. This is disgusting that I pay for double but then don't even receive the regular amount . I made sure to call and tell the young lady I spoke with so please make sure I get the double order of chow mein like I paid for and she said okay I'll make sure. I didn't get it, again not even a regular amount. I will be calling the corporate office first thing in the morning. Charging somebody for something and then not giving it to them, can't be legal. These young kids they have working at the West Bend Panda express, not only have no idea what they're doing but they have no respect and no care to actually give people what they pay for. I will never order from this place again. And looking at the reviews I'm not the only one
