I arrived at the drive through @ 7:20pm. I was told the wait would be 8 minutes, which is fine. When I got home and opened the container there wasn't any food.I ordered mushroom chicken. There was no chicken and a few mushrooms. Luckily I paid extra for the walnut shrimp. Unluckily for me Panda has decided to shrink their cartons in half. I got 4 shrimp and some walnuts.I paid $15 for some rice that they heaped on the plate to hide the ripoff. This place sucks.

Well, that was certainly a waste of $$. Yikes! What horrifically awful, awful food. The orange chicken was so thoroughly saturated in sauce that it made me want to barf. The spring rolls were hellaciously terrible & the rice!! Some of it was so freaking hard if I threw it at my windshield the glass would probably shatter. Honestly! I’ve never, ever had worse food in my life…and that’s no exaggeration. Ugh! I’m sick just writing about it. The staff was really nice but I’d be mortified to tell anyone I worked there. Icky!

They Were So Suppose To Open At 10 AM, Me And Another Guy Have Been Waiting At The Door To Grab Panda And The Employees Just Sitting There Looking At Us , I Have To Be At Work And This Is Gonna Cause Us To Be Late
I had ordered a bowl of the noodles and bejin beef and I had gotten the wrong order, called and spoke to Rena who told me I could come in so they could fix it. I did and Rena was so amazing! The staff as well they apologized and had my correct order made right away!

If I could give it a zero star I would. Ordered food for pick up right away. Got the message that the food was ready after arriving and was told that it would be another 5 minutes. Thats fine . 35 minutes later still waiting for the food. Couldn't figure out how to cancel my order and the employees don't know how to use the computers. Ordered food at 6pm got food at 720 pm. Awful service .
