Ordering system is trash. 2/2 visits my pickup was canceled as I walked in the door to pickup. Don't waste your time or papa dough on this location

Their rewards program sucks. In this economy, I’m only shopping at places that give back to their customers. Pizza Hut and Pizza Shuttle shows appreciation to their customers

Placed order online and was sent confirmation via email. When I went into pick it up they told me they cancelled the order because it was too large. So when asked why the order was cancelled the shift lead completely ignored me and the other employee tried to help but wasn’t able too. The shift lead then told me to reorder online while I was standing at the counter like he was incompetent. The manager on duty who was wearing a gray hoody, white papa John’s beanie and a fore arm tattoo seemed like he was under the influence and should not be in a place handling peoples food. When I expressed my displeasure with the service I was told “that sucks”. 10/10 will never return or recommend this location or restaurant to anyone.

Ordered online. They cancelled my order on me but didn't bother calling or anything. Just left an email that I had to try to find. Went to the customer service link provided in the email and it's an invalid url. The food is good when you do actually receive it. Not sure what happened here but won't be ordering here anymore.

Ordered $85 worth of pizza to be delivered. After being 20 minutes late I called to check on the status. Employee stated they were waiting on a delivery driver to pick it up. No call, email or text about a delay and I ordered it in advance. Poor service. I requested a refund… doubt I’ll get it. No offer for a future order either to make things right!

They use door dash and do not verify orders. Papa John's and door dash suck. Incomplete orders only cost the customer money and reward bad behavior from the staff and 3rd party drivers.

We order frequently from them great crew and service. As far as doughy only if they are extra busy trying to keep up with the demand. Understandable on occasion when I choose a busy time to order. Totally unavoidable. Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!

We ordered pizzas in advance for a large event. The pizza was delicious, ready for us exactly when we wanted them, which was staggered timing. Brandon was very accommodating to our needs. He went above and beyond. Thank you!

FANTASTIC SERVICE! GREAT ATMOSPHERE AND THE FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL.

Parking: The parking is second to none. They have yellow lines that you park between, no brainer! Backing out was a breeze, but pulling back onto Main Street is like trying to get through Milwaukee traffic
