FANTASTIC SERVICE! GREAT ATMOSPHERE AND THE FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL.
Parking: The parking is second to none. They have yellow lines that you park between, no brainer! Backing out was a breeze, but pulling back onto Main Street is like trying to get through Milwaukee traffic

Placed order 4+ hours ahead for delivery. After calls to store, door dash delivered 30 minutes after scheduled time. Was so excited to have a papa John’s in the area again, but service poor x2 now… other options will be our priority.

Myself and boyfriend literally order from Papa John's every week. This is now the third time in a row that there's been an issue. Not only did the delivery driver decide to leave my pizza outside on someone else's bench but didn't bother to text me like the instructions said. But they decided to not give any sausage I ordered tomato there was one on the whole pizza and only half of the pizza had black olives when I ordered it on all of the pizza. The pizza was ice cold and it slid. Most of the cheese was on one side. The last order with my boyfriend and I, they screwed up both pizzas they did replace them but then screwed up the replacement pizzas. I don't know what's going on with Papa John's in West Bend but it's unacceptable the food that we received it missing ingredients that we pay for and it's just left outside in the cold on someone else's property. Absolutely unprofessional and just wrong

It's Sunday evening if you no longer honor yesterday's carryout special you should remove the 2 signs out front that do not say it was only for yesterday. Big green sign under the plazas sign, then a white sign with stakes by the road. Honor the advertisement since you failed to remove the signs.
