Unfortunately, this pizza didn't quite hit the mark. The crust was undercooked, and there was an unwanted hair in my slice. Not what I was hoping for, especially since I've had great experiences with Sal's in Cedarburg. Hopefully, the kitchen can get things back on track! Until now I have a pizza trauma. 😥🥲🍕💔

I really enjoy the pizza there, and the service. There is one person that you need to get rid of! Yeah I'm the girl that was in there not too long ago and I was basically harassed! The girl working hard everything and I spoke with her afterwards. She said we will be speaking to him at a later time! I hope you did because then I would absolutely give you five stars!

Sal's is perfect as you can get pizza by the slice or a whole pie. They include a garlic knot(s) with purchase. They also offer gyros and ravioli. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

One Star - Unacceptable Delivery Failure I hate writing this, but the service was terrible. The driver failed to call or text me to verify the drop-off location, which is standard practice when a unit number might be missing. Instead, my order was carelessly left at a completely random, incorrect unit, and I was never notified. I did opt for contactless delivery, but they could've made sure the unit was correct before leaving it. This resulted in my food being misplaced. A simple 30-second phone call would have solved this issue. This level of laziness and poor customer service is unacceptable.

Sal’s Pizzeria in West Bend, Wisconsin truly surprised me. I'll admit I can be a bit of a pizza snob, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
They had a lunch deal including a garlic knot and a slice of one of their many specialty pizza choices. I went with the tomato basil slice, and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was thin, light, and crispy, the veggies were fresh, and the deliciously melted cheese had that sayisfying chewy stretch in every bite.
The little outdoor seating area was a great bonus, and the weather was perfect to enjoy a relaxing lunch while taking in the charm of the town.
We were so impressed that we each ordered a second special to go!
If you find yourself anywhere near West Bend, I highly recommend stopping by Sal’s for a slice (or two). You won’t be disappointed!

Had a lot of slices in my day & as far as New York style goes this is really top notch. On the Dave Portnoy(Barstool guy) pizza scale this gets an 8.3 all day long.
