Owner is disrespectful and clearly doesn’t know how to keep customers. It’s sad, especially as a fellow small business owner. This is a main reason for why businesses don’t stay around. As others have said, we were hounded for carrying in a coffee on a cold rainy day. When ordering, the owner just continued over and over and wouldn’t let it go despite us saying we aren’t staying. Unfortunately, the food is also gross and disappointing. Had she pulled that before ordering we wouldn’t have given our business to begin with. Don’t recommend at all!

Placed an online order. Got confirmation it was ready. Went in and placed money in the tip jar at the counter and said i had an order for pick up. The kind lady told me my order was on the take out window behind me. I grabbed my drink and bag. Glanced in the bag and saw soup and what I assumed to be my salad on my way to my vehicle. Was about to pull out when another lady came out and told me to stop, thinking I forgot something I stopped only for her to aggressively knock on my passenger window and then open my door exclaiming I took the wrong order in a tone of voice that assumed I did it on perposed. I apologized as she took the drink and bag out of my vehicle. I went back inside where she told me door dash orders were always kept behind thr take out window. Again with a displeased tone of voice. I understand I made a mistake, buts that's just what it was, a mistake. It could have been handled many different ways but I was not pleased with how it turned out. I always give places a second chance and I will fully heartedly admit the food is very good. Hope this was just a one off experience. Update, soup was amazing but the side salad was incredibly small and not worth the money.

The friendly staff and EXTENSIVE menu make this place an absolute GEM. We enjoyed our first visit to the West Bend location so much that we went back the next day to try something else from the menu! Can't wait to work our way through the rest of the menu. Sandwiches are huge, delicious, and customizable with a variety of breads. And so many soups!

Ate here twice. Always just okay. Sandwiches come loaded with mixed greens to make it look like a good value but the flavor isn't there.
This last time my Wife and I took my folks to eat here we ordered and then sat down in the restaurant. While we were waiting a staff member came to our table and said there are NO carry-ins allowed. Two of us had our reusable stainless steel water bottles on the table. They forced us to take our water bottle outside to our car before we could eat in their restaurant. I thought this was absolutely absurd and just about lost my appetite!
They do not offer complementary water like any other restaurant or coffee shop. I guess they feel it more important to sell an overpriced plastic water bottle than to have loyal returning customers. No one in my family will support this place again.

Stopped in for lunch and got a BLT on an everything bun and a cup of chili mac. The service was great. the cashier noticed me reading the menu and asked if I had ever been in before. I think I waited less than 5 minutes after ordering before my food was brought out. Overall the food was delicious, fresh and quick. Great spot!
Amazing soups and sandwiches. Perhaps the best I have ever had? The Italian and sloppy pig are wonderful. The wild rice and chicken and creamy broccoli soups are outstanding. There are like 10 other things I need to come back to try.

Such a lovely lunch spot for West Bend! Great food, drinks and service. I hope it gets more traffic to sustain business due to it's location and lack weekend hours. I will definitely be recommending it and make a point to frequent more often!

Did a big pick up order for one of my office lunches. The customer service was great! They were able to accommodate our order (sort of last minute) and make it a seamless process. Very kind staff and AMAZING food! I recommend the mushroom wrap for veggie lovers. Thank you!
