I was enjoying my latte and a smoke well beyond 25 feet from the door (like edge of lot 100 ft) and the manager actually came out all that way in 10 degree weather and falsely said I can't smoke anywhere. Definitely a special kind of C!

Edit: Went back and they apologized, fixed it, and gave a gift card for the next one. They fixed it, but they shouldn't be left out to dry if someone cant come back, they need a way to fix a mistake.

Mobil ordered and paid, went to pick up drinks and store wasn’t open. A week later, customer service still won’t refund me for the five drinks, and I was scolded by them “you can’t actually cancel an order” so be mindful, if you pay for drink on the app and the store decides they can’t open on time, you WILL be out that money with absolutely no recourse.

I know it’s not the individual stores fault, but you would think after spending a shit ton of money there every year you would be able to still get a lousy red cup at noon on the give away day. At least they should put up a “sold out” sign at the drive thru. Just seems like more corporate greed to sucker you into stopping.

Been waiting over 25 minutes in the lobby for a cake pop and an iced coffee. Lobby is dirty and service is slow and inattentive. As a former shift lead/partner I would have never let this fly in my store. There are 7 people on shift right now… this isn’t difficult. One on inventory for tomorrow, 2 on bar, one on food, two on drive, one on lobby. Lobby and extra drive person flex doing cleaning cards.
