What the heck happened to tacobell man!!!! Not only did 3 regular tacos and a burrito cost us like 23$ there is almost no human interaction what so ever. The food didn't taste very good at all and was just slapped together like in a bowl and plopped into a shell. Idk maybe this t-bell was just terrible in general or maybe this is the new standard

Don't go at 11 am they can not handle making 12 tacos party pack, would not even listen i just get meat on them so its not complicated whoever is working the window at 11 am on March 19th should be explained how to handle customers instead of just going, i can't handle it, then don't work

Terrible... Spent forty dollars on a party pack and a new churro and got home all tacos were wrong. Called Taco Bell employee was rude saying No No No in the background about my order, as the employee on the phone is telling the guy to be quiet because I can hear him. Then a lady got on the phone said I never bought the party pack and hung up on me when I questioned what were they doing over there? Not one of my kids even ate that food, wasted my money and got disrespected. Never again. I will end up in jail.
Had a horrible experience there. My food was cold. Ice cold! We called to tell the manager and the manager denied it coming from her Taco Bell. I read back the address and she verified it was the same address. But refused we got it from there. I have the receipt in hand. Then the manger actually hung up on us.

Service is typically fine. The pricing is out of control, especially with the online exclusives. The build your own cravings box is $9.99 at this location and Germantown. Anywhere in Waukesha County this is only $5.99. If we go to Taco Bell we make a point to go when we are in the Waukesha Area. If we are really craving it, the Sussex location is an extra 15 minute drive. The items we typically order total an extra $8-10 per visit in West Bend.
The attached chart shows current menu prices that are at least $0.50 more per item than the closest location in Waukesha County (Sussex).

Our experience was absolutely amazing. Galen, who served us, was outstanding. All our orders were accurate, made quickly, and delicious! Out of all our other Tacobell experiences, this one was definitely the best! Both employees working were extremely kind and social! The restaurant itself was clean and orderly, no overflowing trash cans like other Tacobells I've been to either. Excellent job!
