Was just their and the guy un the drive thru was on his cellphone texting wouldn't even look up and when he handed me my food was still texting and didn't say a single word. Get home and the food was sooooooo dried out and disgusting like it was old. The late night workers dont care about the product they put out or customer service. Took one bite and had to spit it out. Absolutely disgusting 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

Went to the drive through got asked if I was a door dasher I said no then was told all I got is beans and rice so my question is if I was a door dasher would you guys have had more then just beans and rice?

Ordered Delivery last night and waited over an hour just for them to tell us our order got “stolen.” Ordered again today and waited over an hour just for them to claim the same thing. But when I called the store, they claimed they confirm with delivery drivers before they take the food. Yet, the employee I spoke to said he made the food personally, put it up and turned around and it was gone. But yet my tracker still shows that it’s being made. And was never delivered.

Ordered a chicken cantina bowl with extra chicken. Didn't receive black beans or extra portion of chicken. The gentleman at the counter said he spread it out under the ingredients. There was no chicken under the other ingredients. I did request no rice, and that was correct.

I rated a while ago and now added another star. New management probably, better food quilty, happier employees, and better service! UPDATE! Quinton is super awesome with smiles and greetings!!! Made me laugh also! I love this guy! He is quik with orders! Assuming he has the kitchen team keeping up with him! Best experience ever!!!!!

If you drive for doordash or order doordash. Avoid this location. The bigger guy in the back would like everyone to know he refuses to make doordash orders and he doesn't care how anyone feels about it! No worries his co- workers were laughing about it, on the cook line. 30+ minute wait at all times drive threw, dine in and online orders. Hopefully this gets to corperate. Seriously there needs to be a change.

I am a door dasher in the area and every time I have to pick up orders at this location, I am always waiting at least 10 minutes or more. I was told once that drive thru comes first. So even if the door dash order came thru first they will make the drive thru orders first. The staff moves slower than molasses. I used to work fast food 30 years ago and this is ridiculous.

This place is the worst. I don't stop here often because the one on 33 is way better. Tonight no one told me that the friers are down. Been waiting 20 minutes till some came up and told me that it'll be another 20 min. I was offered a substitute after 40 minutes. I don't recommend this one and I will not come to this one again. If you want taco bell go to 33
Was not thrilled to see a kiosk to take an order. No menu to be observed..and one of the employees was complaining about my order when no one else was in store not thrilled to hear about my business to much as in order...
