workers refuse to do their job and act like babies when asked to do anything. they sit and ignore you and make your food like garbage. food was cold, and most of the food never ended up in the shell, so you're left with a taco mess in a piece of paper. ether shut this place down already or get all new staff cause this place never gets better.

So glad you're open late again! Kind guys were totally happy to modify options for me to be meat free, I miss other vegetarian options and they were very accommodating!

"The original Enchirito of the 1970s was advertised as a special tortilla filled with ground beef, pinto beans, and onions; topped with red sauce, cheese and olives. It was served in a reheatable aluminum foil tray."Yah, I remember seeing and eating the original Enchirito when I was a little boy. So good. I was in love with Taco Bell for decades along the way. Sometimes now, I get up in the morning and look in the mirror, and think, I must be made up of at least 50% Taco Bell. Cause I think half my diet for decades has been Taco Bell. A year or two ago Taco Bell actually sent me a card in the mail which said I was in the top 10% of customers. Wow, I had no idea. The card ended with "Love, Taco Bell".Nowadays, I'm starting to wonder if I'm in an abusive relationship or something. Like a cycle of abuse. Where one day it's great and blue skies and all that. And then next week, it's like, why haven't I left years ago?Prices for various items at some stores are literally almost, if not twice, the price of corporate advertisements. And this in view of: inflation, dollars devalued. What you see in the photo and what you get, seem like worlds between, at least in much of my experience. Now I've been seeing class action lawsuits in the news which are related to this issue. What's going on? Those are hard earned coins folks. Gotta have respect for that! These prices seem like they are trying to compete with Qdoba or Chipotle. Uh, you know, my Ma always told me to stay in my league when dating and all that. I guess I can see where supply chain problems or Thomas Malthus are getting in the way. Maybe that's why all the items are smaller than they used to be? Not as much to go around, and don't want to be obvious about it? Getting us used to rationing? IDK.

Place your order at the kiosk & either pay at the kiosk with card or pay cash at the register, whenever an employee notices you standing there. Yes, I know there's a shortage of employees, so I patiently waited almost 5 minutes. Food, which arrived about 10 minutes later was hot & made as requested.

Employees don't understand basic questions and then start raising their voice as if it's the customers' fault they don't know how to ring up an order correctly OR properly fill the order that they rang up behind the counter.

If I could give a zero I definitely would. I came in here to pick up an uber order and absolutely nobody said may I help you or anything. I stood there for ten minutes and then actually had to ask if the order was ready. The Manger got up with attitude and said we have been busy totally with Doordash orders. I said: I didn't know that. Usually communication is the key. Like, I apologize that your order is taking awhile, we'll be with you in a little bit. But instead I was given a bad review by taco bell. Totally weird. Projection. Anyhow, because my delivery score is high, I called uber to tell them the situation and they removed the false review. And Thank God I won't have to pick up orders from here again.

Only one other customer in the restaurant and no one in the drive through at 2pm on Saturday. Expecting me to order at the kiosk and yet they had only 2 customers. I verbally gave my order of a diet pepsi, cinnamon twists and a soft taco Supreme. The taco meat was scant and looked like it was watered down. The sauce a pinkish color, little cheese and no lettuce. Taco bell used to have good tacos.... but no more! Last time for me!

I’ve never had a good experience here, from staff to food. The GM also needs to stop spreading rumors about ex employees and why they left. Very unprofessional.
