Was 5 stars. I used to love the coffee's. Gals and I would gossip & get Cappuccinos and Lattes in the AM. Then something changed, new espresso baristas? They went downhill and we all agreed, we prefer Cafe Floriana for the same prices.

The owner was there. He was nice. The drinks were good. Very pleasant place to meet up with friends. I was there alone for a while, and it was enjoyable even alone. Classy, but casual. (If that makes sense.)

I was going to the men’s bathroom and saw a sliding door. I slightly opened it and one of the female bartenders said, “what are you doing?”
I told her her is was looking to see what might be over there. Then without a second of understanding, she reached out to security to throw me out of the bar.
I was there with many more people and we all had to leave. Very disappointed with the lack of understanding.
I bought 3 brewskis here yesterday and received 3 Powerball tickets in return. NONE I repeat NONE of the tickets hit for anything!!! What are the odds of that?!? This is an outrage! This is grounds for a class action lawsuit if I've ever seen one!!!

I understand that the Lounge hosts different events, but I go there to do exactly that, lounge. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with a bar. A bar without the bar atmosphere essentially. There's really no other bar like it in Downtown West Bend. Feel free to stop in for a handmade espresso martini while you relax street side at The Garden Lounge.
