met the owner of this restaurant . I have never met a more rude and abrasive person in my entire life. I will never step foot near here again. And if this is how business is conducted then that’s a complete shame

The ambiance of the building that's about the only exceptional quality. The food is okay. The pricing is low but cash only.We were told to seat ourselves, but the only tables were dirty or corner tables with one chair. No staff bothered to clear the tables. When we got someone to she seemed annoyed, and was equally annoyed when my husband asked of he could get over easy eggs a la carte. You would think he'd asked for something inappropriate the way she looked at him.No napkins were brought to the table. Only the ones left from the previous occupants. As the tables around us emptied they didn't clean any of them either. They had plenty of staff but most of them didn't look like they were even out of middleschool and seemed dazed and shy like they didn't know what they were supposed to do.We were in and out fast. The only one who was warm towards us was the front cashier with the long dark hair.

My new favorite restaurant in West Bend. The food is delicious and well priced. The decor is old and but very charming.Unfortunately, I do have one concern...perhaps room for improvement for the future. They leave their front door wide open while open for business. It is actually a very welcoming European touch and provides a nice cross breeze thru the restaurant. However, throughout my whole meal, there were 3 pesky flies who kept landing on my food, drinks and table. The waitress and cook noticed me swatting at them and they did their part by swishing them away, but to no avail?. Perhaps a screen door on the front door someday would help?Cindy

One of my favorite spots in West Bend! Delicious food, amazing prices and an outdoor patio thats extra private! Fire place in the winter with amazing breakfast and lunch options! What's not to love! Plenty of Frank Sinatra to listen to while you dine! Love it! ?

I've tried 3 of the hot sandwiches here and am in love! Flavors are outstanding. The setting is cozy and relaxing. My new favorite lunch spot.

Mom and I stopped in for breakfast and were we pleasantly surprised! The food was very good and the prices , very reasonable. Maybe just a bit friendlier staff. We were not greeted and did not know where to sit or if we could. Need some direction for your guests...and your staff. Other than that a wonderful place!
