I went in with one other person on a Friday at like 5 pm. We were seated near the "Game Corner" where there was a super drunk person muttering swears and profanities at the game he was playing. We elected to ignore what was happening and noticed the menu was extremely shortened, offering no BBQ whatsoever, so ordered an appetizer. Before the appetizer came out another pair of gentlemen came in and went straight for the games. One of them got into a loud screaming match with the drunk person, and no members of staff came to rectify the situation, so my date and I promptly left. We received no apology as if this kind of thing happens often for them. Will not be returning.

We went sunday for a large event for a karaoke competition. From the minute we got there, the male bartender with longer hair was in a terrible mood and letting everyone know about it. The cook closed the kitchen before 5pm because he was mad. We sat down in the hall then the announcer said the kitchen is open.I went back to the barside to order food and was rudely told. The kitchen is f'ing closed. I said they just announced it was open. He said its not and walked away. The manager had come in since and i asked her whats going on. She said kitchen is open. She was a very nice lady. The male bartender and male cook were terrible...dont work in service if you cant provide a good service. I finally was able to order food, but such a terrible experience.

Ordered jerk wings here and they were very soggy. As soon as I picked a wing up the meat slid right off the bone and the skin was rubbery. The box of wings just became a box of mushy meat. They did not taste like jerk rub at all, really just had a very peppery taste with a weird minty smell. We’ve been searching for a place to order jerk wings ever since Caribbean Joe’s shut down and have not been able to find anything close.

It took forever for our food to arrive. When it finally arrived, the bar tender informed me that they didn't have the chicken I ordered. So my family ate their meals while I ate my under cooked baked potato and had to order a different main dish. Then, that order took forever to come. My family completely finished all of their food and were ready to go, while I was still waiting on my order. When it finally came, the bar tender had it packaged to go and she discounted our total bill by 50%... We left and I had to eat in the car. The food was descent... However, considering this was my Birthday dinner, I was less than impressed with the entire experience.

I wasn't expecting much until I walked in and saw the blonde hair waterfall That was the mullet rockin bartender, whose eyes I could not get out of. I usually don't swing that way, but for him I might reconsider. Especially after a delicious cold beverage that they often serve at this location with a side of chicken wings and ranch dipping sauce. Jimmy is his name, and if you fall in love, easy stay out of this place

Fantastic place. This was a last-minute find. We were going somewhere else but there was such a long waiting list. So we drove around and found this little place. Wow, what a find. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was great. I would recommend this place to anyone.

First I would start by saying the service at this location was amazing. I super divey spot. I would say the food was very mid! Not the worst but would fulfill your needs if you were hungry.

Walked in and was not greated. The sign said "wait to be seated". After asking where to sit, the man just told us to pick a seat as there was only 2 other people in the whole place. It took over 15minutes for the waitress to ask if we were ready to order. We were told that they were not serving the mega loaded bloodys which is the only reason we came but decided to stay anyways. While waiting, we had to put our coats back on because it was so cold inside and the waitress told us that the windows have a bad draft and there was nothing they could do. No big deal but when we finally got our food, my Nashville chicken sandwich was 2 slices of chicken slapped on a bun with absolutely nothing on it. No sauce (even though I said I wanted it drenched in sauce), yet the bun was so soggy that the sandwich was inedible either way. The chicken wings were still pink on the inside and was not fond of the whole wings. (Prefer precut wings). and the chicken strips were over cooked and dry. After telling them that we didn't want anything remade and we were just going to leave, the bartender/waiter was rude and got snippy with us. Unfortunately, we will never be back and will just throw away our gift certificate. We went for my mother's birthday and my own birthday which is 4 days apart but definitely won't be back and wouldn't recommend anyone to check them out.

Very cold, had to wear my coat. Man behind the bar was rude, service was very slow and my wings were still pink inside and she never brought me my Mac and cheese. Sent the wings back.I do not recommend.

Had the Big Dipper for $18. Meat filled the bun and taste was good. Also had the brisk and cheddar for $16. Taste was good but the meat only filled about 75% of the bun and where there was meat it wasn't very thick. Also ordered the six-piece smoked jumbo bone-in wings and only got three in the dish. Did not realize this till we got home so bad on us.
