The service and the decor of this restaurant are fine the team does a great job and the place is clean. The food on the other hand not great. I had the ribeye and the cut of meat wasn't good at all lots of connective tissue and fat. It was cooked very rare instead of med rare. I was not a fan of the sauce either and there was way too much sauce. My wife had the fettuccine and the noodles were clearly dying under a heat lamp. The Alfredo sauce lacked seasoning. Just very underwhelming. If you have more money than taste this is the place for you.

Blown away by this place. The tuna tartare and Coconut Shrimp were both delicious appetizers. The flavors and freshness was impressive. The pastas were equally unique, fresh and full of pure flavor. The service was A+++! So kind and attentive. Can't wait to go back.

By far the most exquisite meal ever. Tried a little of everything. The tuna tartare was fresh and so flavorful. Steak, pasta, cheese curds, and a shared desert later and we were in heaven. Julia, our server, was super friendly and gave outstanding service. She happily checked on egg and even double checked when my “cream sauce paranoia” kicked in. The kitchen even subbed marinara in for the ranch without asking so both of us could enjoy them with sauce. Their chef/sou chef are wizards in the kitchen. Cooked to perfection, plated beautifully, and each and every dish was seasoned to perfection! We came in at about 6, without reservations and were seated immediately, but the dinner crowed filled in the downstairs as the night went on. It was pleasantly quiet when we were eating, I’d not recommend eating downstairs if you have a loud/large group or need a lot of privacy. The do have an upstairs dining room that we did not see. Will absolutely be coming back here to try more dishes. Feels like a night on the town in NYC more than a fabulous meal in West Bend!

Thr Orville had good food. Our waitress was really friendly and good at her job. My son got married that day across the street at The Heritage Center! There was also 2 other wedding parties!! Drinks almost as much as food!! We were allowed to bring in wedding cake!! The downstairs level is a little small

Easy, cozy place to have a comfortable delicious meal. Multiple rooms made it work so well. Wait staff has the perfect vibe great service with everything you need but they never interrupt your time with friends. My Short Rib Stroganoff was so flavorful and tender. 1st time and I will be going back. Make a reservation as they are busy
