Food came out Luke warm on a room temp plate. We had steaks and plate should have been hot. Even our appetizer which was fried cheese came out to us barely warm. Not sure why as restaurant was not busy. The mashed potatoes were very puréed and barely warm. I asked for pepper for my steak and was brought a small shaker when I know they have a pepper grinder which is appropriate for use on a steak. I had to take the top off the shaker to get anything out. We had salads, the Orville salad and the Caesar salad. Both were as expected and good. They used finely ground Parmesan instead of shaved on the Caesar which I do not recommend. We will go back one more time as we liked the food and hopefully it will be served to us hot.

The food was absolutely delicious! Service at the bar was slow and we weren't checked on or offered refills on drinks as I hoped - very beautiful atmosphere but very warm/sticky upstairs. For two people with an app, two drinks, two steak dinners, and two desserts with a tip was around $160+

Everything was awesome!!!!! This gem has the best food that West Bend has to offer. We were lucky to get VIP seating even though there isn't a bad seat in the whole place. We tried food that we haven't eaten before and it was :out there" fantastic! I wondered why there were no salt and pepper shakers on the table. Then, the food came in waves and needed no seasoning other than how it came. The pasta was great and my steak was cooked perfectly. Smoked mashed potatoes...who does that...The Orville does that. If you haven't eaten here...GO!!!! That cranberry tart...perfect. Not too sweet. A real wonderful experience.

We love going to the Orville. The atmosphere and drinks are great. Try the spinach dip!Kid-friendliness: It doesn’t really feel like a kid friendly atmosphere, though I’m sure they’d welcome kids. I feel like it’s more of an adult night out, in my opinion.
