We opted not to get food after trying the potstickers. They were flavorless and cooked from frozen package. Looked like they dont even have a kitchen. Just some hot holding equipment next to the bar. Drinks were mediocre. Our server was kind but that was really the only good thing about our experience.

Below expectations. Maybe expectations were a bit high due to others suggesting that the food was excellent. It's good to see a different type of food in West Bend but they didn't hit the mark. Broth was a bit bland, noodles overcooked slightly, and too little meat for the cost. Probably won't go back.
Appreciate the venue and service and might be a nice place for a beer.

We’ve only been here once, and I’d like to give it another shot. It’s a cool vibe inside. We came for the Tochi ramen and it just wasn’t the same unfortunately. I had the grass fed beef mazeman, and everything except for the beef was good. Idk what they did but it was a totally different type and preparation of beef. We did have steam bun apps and those were great. Staff was very friendly. It was mid feb and the restaurant was very cold, I kept my jacket on.

Food (soups) flavors were ok, but below average experience. Our server was just excellent, attempting to correct our issue. My veg broth was lukewarm. The beef had a large amount of fat, and was inedible. Who would serve this??? Server brought more meat, with, sadly, more fat. She also took 1/2 off cost of 1 meal ... Ty. May try again, but not sure ...

It was my first time having restaurant ramen and this was good. I order braised beef udon, I realized I’m not a fan of the udon noodles. Just a bit doughy for my liking, but the flavor of the food was good! Also ordered the potstickers it was a Tuesday so they were on special and after the first order. I ordered two more orders that’s 15 potstickers and would so it again!! My friends ordered the butter corn and they both enjoyed it!!
Love having a ramen place in West Bend! Food is great, and the staff are too.

The people working behind the bare are great. Melissa one the staff commonly working is fantastic with the guests keeps conversations flowing with guests great at remembering names. Atmosphere is pretty calm usually playing decent music and keeps place mellow.
Food is amazing I've been to a few other ramen restaurants around wisconsin and this place is one my favorites
