Don't advertise a Mother's Day buffet, take a reservation, and then no have any food available to serve when our party arrives. The food that was out was less than what was on the menu, picked through, and cold. The staff wasn't even sincerely apologetic.

Their service was fantastic and the specials are amazing! When we were here all the tap beers were $3 including the Down East blackberry cider which was fabulous. The peanut butter and chocolate cake was to die for!! We will be back ?

We moved to Jackson recently from Las Vegas due to a job change. In Vegas the food is always amazing, but this meal was better than the $80 meals we would have there. Great presentation, price, and taste!!! May be some of the best food I have ever eaten. We will be coming back many times! Thank you!

My husband and I went to Vino for a date night, and we were very impressed with dinner and service. They were under staffed, but you would have never known. Our server hustled, and made sure to check in on our needs very frequently. The food was delicious! I’m still dreaming about the gnocchi dish I had. The unique culinary pairings were a pleasant surprise. We weren’t planning on staying the night there, but it was such a fantastic atmosphere that we bellied up to the bar after dinner. We really enjoyed our time, and will certainly be back again. What a great Italian gem in West Bend!

Friend and I were looking for Bistro style dinner. Found Vino on web search. We arrived and were seated in the dining room. We ordered a bottle of wine and asked for time to sit with the wine for conversation. The Waitress gave us a time and check in with us without being intrusive. At one point the chef came into the dining room as it began filling up for the dinner hour. He came to the table and discussed the menu with us. We were intrigued by the pasta bolognaise as the meats and sauce were discribed as smoked. We had salad and the pasta with our wine. Good value for wine, food and service. We will return!

Okay - if you have not been to Vino you are missing out!My friend and I were looking for a spot to get brunch today and have heard great things about Vino but haven't been here before. We are so glad we came! Sean the GM was absolutely amazing and a joy to chat with while drinking our bottomless mimosas. He recommended amazing food and the whole experience was a delight! He let us scope put the place upstairs and downstairs and the whole building is absolutely gorgeous!Thank you Sean for an amazing brunch!

Incredibly attentive service from staff who clearly wanted to extend professionalism and care! They went above and beyond talking with the chef about friend's allergies and came back with full notes and highlighted options on the menu! Food was INCREDIBLE, drinks were great and building is beautiful. Great atmosphere for any occasion - or no occasion at all! ?.Only photo I remembered to take was of our crushed plates! ?? 3 had Chicken Gnocchi & allergy-friendly was GF Penne & Scallops! ?

If your price point puts you at something more than a diner but less than a 4-star restaurant you should make sure your dishes meet a higher level of expectation than what your clientele would expect. Was not the case when my wife, mother-in-law and I went out to dinner. Two of the dishes fell flat on taste while the third was fine, but nothing to write home about. People have choices and I will choose to spend my money somewhere else....which I find unfortunate for the limited offerings in WB.

Our first time here was interesting. I've never felt the need to review a restaurant negatively before this experience. We will never consider going back to this restaurant, and consider all to stay away. My fiancé and I went here for Valentine's Day, and were greeted with a simple and short menu. We started off with a bottle of moscato and cheese bread, both which were delightful and kicked the night off well. We then ordered our entrées; My fiancé decided on the shrimp scampi and myself the skirt steak Florentine. For her dish, the noodles we were told were homemade. They tasted like Asian egg noodles, and had a toughness to them. For $16 she received just 3 medium-large sized shrimp, which tasted off to both me and her. We both felt ill leaving the restaurant. The Skirt steak Florentine was served over a bed of polenta. The steak was a medium rare but was as dry and rubbery as a well-done steak. The dish mentioned roasted tomatoes, which I'm assuming ended up in the polenta. Because of this, it ended up looking like refried beans made with Cheetos, with the taste matching. We both ate less than half our meals, skipped the desserts we planned, slammed our wine, and left. On the bright side, our waitress was phenomenal despite having 9 tables and thanking guests for their extended wait times on entrees. Would love her to be our waitress at any other restaurant. Her helper / busser walked around aimlessly and half-way cleaned a table before sitting another table there.

Such great service ! We sat in the bar area and the bartender and the host checked in on us a lot to make sure we were satisfied. Refilled my water without asked and asked if I want a wine refill BEFORE my glass was empty. Pizza and bolognese were so tasty. Very reasonable prices. Wood fire pizza was amazing. Love the vibe. Such a great date night!

I have come here several times and it was very good. This visit was disappointing. Being one of two tables in the restaurant, we didn’t expect as many mistakes as were made, nor a 30+ minute wait for food. The marinara and bolognese were delicious. The fresh pasta was perfect. The prosciutto was tasteless and fatty…and the pizza sausage was sprinkled so sparingly, it could not be tasted. We will try Vino one more time, given we have had some positive experiences in the past.Menu choices during the week are slim pickings. No soup to be had on the coldest day of the year…Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Skipped lunch so we went when they opened at 4.Started with the fried mushrooms enjoyed the variety and the thyme in the dipping sauce was a great compliment. I really like the fresh made pasta. The flatbread was great. The waitstaff was great. I don't give out five stars unless everything was absolutely perfect. This was a 4.7 star experience. Definitely would recommend

Casual and very welcoming. Waitress was very nice. Menu is not huge and portions are sized perfectly for mom and I so order an app if you're like my husband adult son. I would definitely visit again. Their pasta is made fresh and is delicious.

My wife and I just had a date here and the service was amazing! Our server, Carly I believe, was awesome and the manager was great as well. We had the smoked bolognese pasta, four cheese ravioli, gelato, and limoncello creme brûlée. Classy ambience with an inviting atmosphere and frequently staff. We highly recommend, thanks for the great service!

I have eaten here on 2 separate occasions in the last few weeks. On both occasions the food and drinks were great and it was evident the staff really cared about providing a quality experience. The Smoked Bolognese pasta was especially good. The ambience is so fun and I would definitely recommend Vino for a great dining experience!
