Great dive bar with a gourmet restaurant. Very good food.

I had heard so much about this place and was really excited, but ultimately quite disappointing. The appetizer was 2 bacon wrapped shrimp for $30 which came out right away even before our drinks. We asked for some bread with it which took 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes the crab scampi for $35 came out which was quite flavorless except for tons of garlic, skimpy on crab, and no parmesan cheese offered. 20 minutes after that the other entree came out, a shaved steak sandwich for $20, which was bland, and the fries had come out 10 minutes earlier.

All in all, too expensive, bland flavors other than garlic, and slow and poorly timed service of the food.

We arrived early with a reservation for 6 pm. We were so excited to try the food from the scratch kitchen. We were there only table there in the back room. We drank, ordered, and had a great time. Meanwhile all the other tables filled up, ordered, were seated and started to leave. We never got our order. When we told the waitress she said, “Your food will come.” It never did. When we told the cook, he said she put the order in at 8 pm and there were 6 other orders ahead of us. No offer for a free meal, appetizer, or to put our order ahead. So disappointed.

Their food is really good. They don't have a menu really, it's just options, but that just means that everything is seasonaly available. You just talk to the (friendly and knowledgeable) cook and find out what's good that day. It's an experience I have never had, and besides being initially confused, I had a wonderful time.

Don't order the pasta but everything else is delicious. First time the scampi was a little cold but came back alright after adding salt and pepper.
Bacon wrapped shrimp and wings were phenomenal. Lobster roll was also very good

Fun sports bar, would definitely come again for the bar and more bar type food, but the steak was not good and overcooked and the veggies didn’t have any flavor, however we got Brussels sprouts as an app and those were very good. The crab was delicious but we did not think it was going to be $110 just for crab legs or we wouldn’t have gotten it.

Stopped in for lunch and to visit a location from one of my favorite movies. I liked the concept of the food program. Went in with high expectations and was not disappointed, the bacon wrapped scallops and shaved ribeye sandwich was excellent. The breaded chicken wings while nicely portioned and cooked, it was hard to get past the flour like taste. Overall the food was worth the visit.
The beer program left a lot to be desired, ordered a couple tap beers. They were on the warm side and tasted like the lines hadn't been cleaned for a while. Then ordered a bottle beer and that was warmer yet and skunky tasting. I would really recommend they check the coolers and clean the tap system.
The theme message was somewhat confusing and overwhelming. I enjoyed looking at all the sports memorabilia, it felt like way too much clutter in some areas. Also with the additional sports and hunting stuff, it's a bit confusing. I would think that a bar named 4th Base would be baseball focused. With all the added items it felt like a bar the struggling to find it's identity.

This is the place to go before a Brewers game for a bite to eat and a pregame drink. It's loud. It a la cart. It's very Wisconsin with the exception that they don't have cheese curds, which is the only disappointment.
