The lavender milk tea with crystal boba was a little too sweet, but was good once the ice melted a bit. The strawberry and cream croffle was good as well.

Treated me and my wife to some refreshments. Our first time here, have to admit we have a new hang out spot.
Cute Boba and snack Cafe! Visited on a mini road trip and thought overall this was a decent Boba shop. Everyone was super friendly and fast with our order. I ordered a berry-lemon Boba, very beautiful! My friend ordered an Ube Boba and was disappointed it was overpowered by milk. Otherwise, we loved everything else and the Croffles were great! (Probably not the accurate name!)

Loved this place boba smoothie is what we got. The tropical twist and coco berry mix I believe they were called. The boba was a lovely texture smoothies were amazing. Only a short wait the inside was clean. Due to popularity and freshness of ingredients some items were not available but they were open and conversational. Both guys there greeted us and gave us time to look over the menu. 10/10 :)

Let me first say THESE CROFFLES AND BOBBA ARE PHENOMENAL. I brought my 2 younger daughter here an it was worth every dime. We will definitely be back.
One negative, the young lady taking our orders did NOT have a great attitude. It was our first time there, I asked her to explain to me what brown cheese was and she couldn't, she was a little to snippy. But I let it go. After receiving getting our DELICIOUS croffles and Bobba, I went back to her to ask for a knife and she literally rolled her eyes as she went under the counter to grab the box of plastic knives. I was so irritated by that.
The food was EXCELLENT, so I'll be back, but I hope they can talk to this young lady about her level of customer service.

I went here first with my wife around the time of their grand opening, what I assumed to be the owner was working and our experience was incredible. I was excited because I thought we had a great new boba place so close to our house (with incredible Thai tea boba as well)
Unfortunately the three times we’ve tried to go in since then have left us utterly let down. Staff seems to care less about the customer service aspect of their job. On a not very busy day ( there were 4 people in the store total) when we walk in it’s like we were invisible to the staff. Even when it was “our turn” to order staff would just turn around and finish working on whatever order they were doing before and not even acknowledge us. This would be fine if it was just for a moment, but when staff disappears in the back for 10 minutes leaving us standing at the counter not knowing what’s going on it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. We thought this was a fluke but the next two times we came in was a similar experience. The last time we literally walked out with money in hand because no one greeted us for 15 minutes even though we’re literally at the counter.
Customer service along with some issues with inconsistency in the the product (getting told they can’t do 25 percent sugar even though it was listed, getting 50 percent sugar and it being sweeter than 100 percent from other places) has lead us to this review.
There are many boba places in Milwaukee , we now drive further out of our way to get our fix. I’d love to try big straw again eventually but not until their customer service issue is fixed

I moved to Wisconsin recently and haven't found a boba place I REALLY love. Big Straw is officilaly my favorite!! Best Thai milk tea and matcha I've had in the state. The Thai milk tea tastes just like in Thailand.

This place is absolutely now one of my favorite boba places in MKE!! As I walked in it smelled absolutely stonishing. Everything is decorated adorably, and very catchy music was playing on the background. I ordered a passion fruit tea with popping boba, which is one of my favorite drinks! The employee at the counter was so nice. So I decided to leave a tip. When I received my drink it was decorated with a lemon and a mint leave. As I took a sip I absolutely feel in love with the taste. I wish the best for this business. I'll definitely be coming often now!(^3^)~
