I love this bar! The bartender is the best. Only down side is there’s a crazy guy who lives upstairs & likes to harass people. Beware ! 😭

I like how, every year, they re-enact the fans' reaction to Ben Oglivie hitting a home run during Game 7 of the 1982 World Series! Even though Milwaukee lost that series, it's always a comfort to know that 1982 will live forever at Cesar's!

Bartender was rude and sarcastic. I just stopped in for a quick shot and will never go back.
500 dollars for a bed bug infested room for a month. I was desperate. Never again will I even visit that place.
Really enjoyed this bar. The bartender, Katrina was excellent! I do recommend.
