We have been here for 30 minutes and I still have yet to get my water. We also haven't been able to put a food order. We asked the runner for another water and she never came back. She looked at my like she didn't know what water was. The southwest queso is half the size compared to other chilis locations. Would never recommend this chilis to anyone.

We were greeted by Heather, a manager who's always so friendly and nice! Our server was Jessica! She's amazing! She's always on top of everything! She remembers every detail of our order. Jessica always makes us smile! You are lucky to have Jessica on your team! Our food was super good! We ordered the QP Burger. It looked like a picture that could have been used in an advertisement! Our Chicken Enchilada soup was yummy too!

Been to 50 Chili's in my life. This one was as average as it gets.

I was really looking forward to eating here. The place was half full. When I got in, the host told me it would be a 45 minute wait for food. Unacceptable. I left and will never come back to this Chili's again.

Police watching guests, tortillas for fajitas were hard took forever to get new ones weird chunk in ranch and drink tasted like sugar(margarita)

Stopped in to get food after my son's play. 6 tables had people seated and we were told there was a 45 minute wait to get a table. Thats ridiculous

Never ever EVER coming back! The wait on a Friday evening at 7pm was 45 minutes... Now typically, I'd be like, ok, maybe... But there was hardly any customers sitting there eating.. Why am I waiting 45 minutes? Oh, and your pick up side is juking.. So you prioritize online orders over actual in-person customers...? Nah... Then the food finally come out after about an hour of me sitting here, fries old and cold, burger was a burger, so why did I wait so long...? So confused, but I promise I won't be back. Yall can have all that bull

I realize it stormed last night. The bathroom lights aren't working though? Wet floors and no lights is asking for someone to break a hip. There's a first for everything I guess. Food was good though.
