I did a pickup order and I was very impressed with the quick service. And my food was still hot once I got home.

Without reservations, we weren't sure our group of 20 were going to be able to be seated. The manager herself put together tables for us and acted as both our server and our bartender! Everything was excellent!

Awesome experience and the food was great. Met the owner tonight, she was extremely nice and ensured that our dining experience was pleasant. I will certainly go back again.

Seems either grossly understaffed or reluctant to serve. Though there were 10+ tables available, we were asked to wait for 10 mins and no one turned up to seat us. We left for another restaurant nearby.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this experience was honestly the worst I’ve ever had at a restaurant, we waited for an hour despite being told the wait was only 15 minutes, when we finally got inside it took us 15 minutes to even just get our drinks, our food was cold by the time we got it and we saw our waitress maybe three times the whole night, it was impossible to get refills on anything. (she was very nice but was in the back almost the whole time) we ended up being there for over 2 hours and I honestly just wish I could get my money back because it was a disappointing use of time and money.

By now we should all know what a Chili's is. This one's always busy in my neighborhood, and they always treat me right. The prices compete with fast food at a much higher quality and the portions are larger to boot. If you're by Miller Park, it's an easy choice versus other options in the neighborhood

Server was very short and did not visit us more than 3 times. We felt rushed. One drink refill that we asked as soon as she about to rush away. The tablet wouldn’t work to pay, but she never came back to the table. We had to flag another server down.

Order online food was cold and had the wrong side. Check your order. Make sure the temperature is right and you have what you ordered

Waited 5 minutes for seating,we needed a table since my wife uses a walker but were told only booths were available because they were only using the bar area.We chose not to dine there and will not be back.

Don’t waste your time going to this location. We arrived around 5pm and tables were near-empty. We were told it would be a 45 minute wait because they were in the middle of a shift change. Initially we were willing to wait and we’re going to sit at the bar. Except the bar was closed because the bartender was on break. What a joke!!

Just go to Franklin. I first called Franklin and asked if they’re in the same situation. The response was that, no, there’s no wait. And that Miller Pkwy has this problem all the time.

Seems Miller Pkwy needs new management.

General Manager is very rude and disrespectful to her staff.General manager is very rude and constantly yells at her workers.Very under staffed and wait was long.The staff looks very depressed.

I came in with my Family after church, for Lunch and I beg to differ. Yes they are short staffed, but I saw 4 servers and 2 managers working hard. Our food came out hot and the drinks (s/o to tall chocolate man :)) were good!
It’s 2025, let’s not be so dramatic, most restaurants these days have a wait time.

Where do I start even though the wait time was a bit long and it was due to Short staffing, our waiter I do believe his name was Devon if I got your name wrong I do apologize but your customer service is top-tier huge huge huge shout out to the manager/bartender. The food was hot. The drinks were a perfect 10 you have won a customer me and My Daughter 🩷🐞 absolutely enjoyed ourselves tonight thank you guys so much especially for your patience with certain customers. I witness dealing with customers is a challenge but you guys handled each customer professionally and again thank you so much for great customer service.

Got seated at 5:10pm sat until 5:45 NOT ONE EMPLOYEE came to the table to take our order ! It was only my daughter and I literally a party of 8 that came after us and was seated after us got their order taken before us. Needless to say we got up and left HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION
