Recently remodeled to the new look of all the franchise's restaurants. A great place to pick up a quick sandwich for lunch, etc., when you're in the area as is not super busy.. I live their cheese curds. The Wisconsin Beef was OK, but the rest of their subs are very good.

My online order was given incorrectly. I called and they were willing to give me the choco chip cookie that was missing if I show up to the store in the next three days.
Okay, whatever sure
But when I called, nothing was said about the incorrect bread. The garlic bread is pretty much the only reason I order subs from them. That and I like their local presence. But seriously? Ugh...

Order arrived with 1/2 sandwiches, waited over an hour. Called the store, they claimed that the door dash driver stole the missing food. Only offered to refund the price of the missing sandwich, nothing about the delivery fee or replacing the rest of the order, etc. Should’ve stuck with Potbelly’s, won’t make that mistake again.

The first time I went there, or the last time, they were racist. I speak both English and Spanish, and they didn't even take the time to listen to my order. The only one who served me was a very friendly Mexican guy, but the other two should be taught manners and respect for customers.

How do you forget a whole order?? A Sub and 2 soups ?? All I got in the bag one one sandwich I ordered order 60 dollars worth of stuff! Then I realize most of these reviews are bad so it makes sense, this just isn’t a store that cares about quality or customers!

Good employees. Good food. But noticing the lack of equality. There’s no women working here besides 1! And she’s very sweet and always busy! That’s good. But ive heard from a lot of people this store refuses to hire women. Maybe this should be looked into. How many women apply and get rejected vs how many men apply! It’s weird. I’m not sure if I can ever go back to the store.

Won’t give out water cups when you have purchased a full meal. How about you don’t worry about $0.02 of soda and figure out how to make that money back by having bread consistently in stock? This Cousin needs new management. Go to the one down the road.

I have given this place many chances, because it's close to home. Almost every time I go, they get my order wrong. I'm ALWAYS very specific about what I want. It's not hard to make a sub with extra lettuce and onion, mayonnaise on the side. Yet, I either get mayo on the sub, or no mayo whatsoever. I'm sick of this BS and this is the last time I try this place. It's always lazy kids working and they don't get ANYTHING right. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

All the workers were just standing around or smoking outside after I ordered my sub it took 10 minutes to get a simple ham and provolone sub. Be prepared to wait if you come here.
