Simple order ( I thought ). I ordered a whole steak and cheese with jalapeño’s, extra provolone cheese, no onions, on Parmesan Asiago bread, A large coke and large (super small) fries. Uber Eats delivery gave me the fries and sandwich, I asked about the soda and was told there was none. Sub had no extra cheese, 3 slices of jalapeño’s and instead of Parmesan Asiago bread I was given Italian bread. Oh yes and they put onions on the sub…………WOW 😳. The sandwich makers that work at this location want over $15 an hour to build a sub and evidently they also cannot read or comprehend . Won’t be doing business anymore at this location. Sad state of affairs at Cousins.

I ordered online through Uber eats. Half of my order was missing. I called to see how I can either get reimbursed or have a future order discounted. The rude man told me if I want anything done then I can go there myself. Also stated he is the one who runs the store so no further complaints can be made to anyone else but him. This is who you are hiring Cousins? Do better!

I have been to this location twice recently where I received very friendly customer service. The gentleman working the counter (while also making sandwiches) was quick and efficient yet welcoming and helpful during the busy lunch periods. Food was great, the $10 meal deal is a steal!

Parking: The prices have gone up a little bit, however that's everywhere. To be honest I don't mind I've been eating cousins subs for years and years. Believe me I won't stop either 😋💯!

Horrible experience RUDE GENERAL MANAGER JOE…I am a veteran and I came in on Veterans Day for my sub I ordered a root beer float to go with my meal after I paid for the float and the gentleman was making my float the General Manager JOE came from the back and made the young man throw away my shake and told him that he put too much ice cream I politely asked him to please make an exception I am a veteran and it is Veterans Day, I just want to start eating my food so It won’t get cold. “You will lose more product throwing the whole shake away and I already paid for it anyway” Joe proceeded to throw the entire shake away and tried to make another one with very little shake in the cup I asked for a refund due to his RUDE BEHAVIOR, DISRESPECTFUL COMMENTS and SNOBBY ATTITUDE he said “I do not care that you are a veteran or that’s it’s Veterans Day I will not make an exception ever “ I said “wow that is unfortunate you feel that way and I fought for this country can I just have a refund since you said that” he stated “oh well i don’t care ma’am I hope you enjoy though “ with a very snobby attitude. JOE was very rude and inconsiderate, he made VERY offensive comments that makes me not ever want to come to this location again. Joe does NOT need to be a general manager disrespecting veterans on Veterans Day! Absolutely absurd and I give —5 stars ! General manager: JOE MADE IT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
So I've ordered a bowl of chili, 2 whole subs and 3 large fries from DoorDash from this location. I finish all my food and decided to saved my chili for the next day, mind you I have already taken a few bites before. Next day I notice this bug 🤮 as I almost ate it, I instantly threw up! I am also pregnant and I highly do not recommend this location. Don't order the soups, chili was way too sweet and starchy anyways, and fries were soggy. Literally so disgusting! Don't even waste your time. Wished I had looked at the reviews beforehand and I'm not surprised that a lot of people complain about how nasty and unsanitary this location is. Need EHO to come inspect this place.

I am so annoyed I drove out of my way because I was craving their cheddar broccoli soup which is normally super thick and chunky and full of vegetables and nice and hot, this was the most watered down flavorless soup I have ever eaten out of a restaurant. So disappointing. I almost threw up. The crackers were absolutely stale. Smh.

Last week I ordered a club salad/sub in a bowl and the ingredients were plentiful and cut perfectly. I really did appreciate that it was put together so well and they gave 2 salad dressings which I usually ask for but had forgot to ask for that visit. Then today I did a pick up order and the gentleman was very friendly, it's really nice when staff members have a good attitude. When I got my club sub home it was also very well made and had a cute note written on the wrapping paper "Made with love".. that really made my day! I loved the extra care and great touch!
Parking: Parking is never a problem plus it's right next door to a liquor store and smoke shop so very convenient if you want to place an order then go buy whatever you need.
