I ordered a cheeseburger basket and the bun was very cold. The vegetables were unusually cold as well. The fries were piping hot and fresh. I wish the sandwich was.I'm not really happy and not sure I will be returning to this location

We used their “order at your table” app for 11 people group. Forty min later, no order and they said they never received it. Our app shows nothing in cart so we have to start over. Don’t trust it. They didn’t have any explanation or apology, just treated it as normal.

We go here more than like to admit. Great Culver's staff is always so nice fast and accurate, in the years we've gone and the amount of times I think only had a minor mistake 3x and they were polite and fixed it. We take the bus and they make sure we're able to make it on time, which means they acre about their customers and recognize their regulars.
One of the best fast casual players in the game. Fresh ingredients make all the difference in the world.

This is the absolute worst Culver’s I have ever been to in my life. This location is closest to my house, but I typically drive to Elm Grove if I want Culver’s specifically because of how poor the service here is. The food is rarely correct, the wait is insane, in fact I’ve been waiting for 24 minutes as I write this review (yes, I’m timing) without receiving my food. I thought I’d give this location one last shot today, and regret coming. I can’t even believe I’m leaving this review, but wow, just avoid this one at all costs. Go to Elm Grove.
