I don't drink coffee that often, but when I do, I normally get it from DD. I ordered a regular coffee today for a quick pick-me-up. After leaving the drive through, I tasted it and it tasted mild and flat. When I got home to work, I did not get any jolt of caffeine. I feel that they gave me decaf instead of regular. I know how my body responds to coffee. There was no effect at all!!! I sure would love a refund or a complementary coffee. Management please respond.

I hate how the taste of your coffee, depends on who is working that day. I had a good cup of hot midnight coffee last week. Today, I had the same coffee, and creamers. But it was nasty, tasted like it had medicinal additives. It didn't taste like coffee, tasted more like medicine and cleaning supplies. If your coffee is good, pay attention to who made it that day. That's very important.

The customer service is so bad, The girl who took my order at the drive-thru had the worst attitude. She was on her phone and taking my order. When I got to the window, she had an annoyed look on her face. Terrible customer service.

Ordering thru the app and using drive-thru pick-up is always very quick.
Been going in there for years things changed where The customer service is bad. They don’t know how to follow simple directions and now I go to scooters next-door. Best choice I ever made.

I don’t like writing bad reviews because I really just want to give attention to things that are positive. But I just had to say something cus I didn’t get coffee in my drink. Maybe I’m crazy, but even if a latte has milk and a flavor in it, you should still taste the coffee. I got the raspberry mocha iced latte and I got a spruced up milk. There was no coffee. You can tell from the color too. It looks like milk with mocha syrup. And it tasted like that too. Also, the ice in the drink was so packed in I could barely swirl the straw around. I know that iced drinks come with a good amount of ice, but I’ve never gotten this much before. This was pretty bad. The service was good, but the (not) coffee was just not it. I’m pretty disappointed. :(

clean store and everything, but i went here for a week straight and get a simple order: iced latte with whipped cream (which i pay extra charge for) and they never ever add it. i dont want to have to tell people how to do their jobs and every time i do i feel guilty so i will not be going here anymore. i dont understand if you ring something up correctly on the screen and simply just need to follow the instructions on the cup, how you still manage to get it wrong.
