I don’t like writing bad reviews because I really just want to give attention to things that are positive. But I just had to say something cus I didn’t get coffee in my drink. Maybe I’m crazy, but even if a latte has milk and a flavor in it, you should still taste the coffee. I got the raspberry mocha iced latte and I got a spruced up milk. There was no coffee. You can tell from the color too. It looks like milk with mocha syrup. And it tasted like that too. Also, the ice in the drink was so packed in I could barely swirl the straw around. I know that iced drinks come with a good amount of ice, but I’ve never gotten this much before. This was pretty bad. The service was good, but the (not) coffee was just not it. I’m pretty disappointed. :(

clean store and everything, but i went here for a week straight and get a simple order: iced latte with whipped cream (which i pay extra charge for) and they never ever add it. i dont want to have to tell people how to do their jobs and every time i do i feel guilty so i will not be going here anymore. i dont understand if you ring something up correctly on the screen and simply just need to follow the instructions on the cup, how you still manage to get it wrong.

The food is usually made well, but every single time I go through the drive through, it doesn't matter who is taking orders, they can't ever get it right. They can't seem to fathom that someone would want 2 meals, instead of changing the first order. They can't seem to fathom that someone would want 1 meal deal, and 1 sandwich. No matter how it's worded, I constantly have to fix the order at the window. And I come here weekly, if not more. They just need to pay a little more attention to what's being said, instead of just rushing through not thinking, so they can get on with whatever conversation or things they were doing before they had to take an order. But the food is great.

Great Dunkin location. Service is always really quick, staff is super friendly, food comes out exactly as ordered every time, and the place is always incredibly clean. I stop here often, and the quality and service don’t vary.
Parking: The location has its own lot, and there are plenty of adjacent lots as well. Parking is never an issue.

I came here to do a pick up at the end of last year, I ordered quite a lot for an event, and when I came to pick up I was told that a lot of the types of doughnuts I picked out weren't available currently. So I didn't pick up anything and asked for a refund for the events doughnuts. Since I was there, I bought a small box with the deal (with cash!) for my family. The woman there said it wouldnt be an issue and to just call the number in the app and they'd call and verify it with her and I'd get my refund. I never got refunded and only got re reminded now because a new Dunkin opened and I had to explain to my husband and co workers why I won't go to Dunkin anymore. I contacted customer support, I called the store. I did everything and didn't get doughnuts or my money back. They ran me in circles. Sucks. I want my 26 bucks back.
