Employees were so rude when placing order. Tapping pen on counter wouldn’t let me order my sandwiches as I wanted. Slamming stuff around. I’ve never seen or experienced such rudeness. Would not go back to this location.

Employees have no customer service. When waiting in line to order three employees having conversation about their personal life ignoring customers. When I ordered my meal for me and my partner they started judging my order. Had a very poor experience here. HORRIBLE customer service. VERY disappointing

Said everything was there. It wasn’t. They seemed annoyed I looked. Then had pull everything out to check them selves because I ordered and paid for $25 worth of food so obviously was just trying to steal chips. Then they didn’t know what chips were ordered. Wild.

I went inside the store at 8:29 and the store doesn’t close until 9:00 the guy and the woman in there told me they were closed because they were cleaning to get out of there early the black woman in there was mad and shook her head when I walked in like she was irritated or something do ya job or be a bum on the streets like you should be goofy

Got there at 8:45pm. They are suppose to close at 9pm. Door was locked. I knocked and one of the guys inside looked at me.I indicated they had 15 min. Til close he just ignored me!

Ive witnessed on 2 visits that they go from the register to making subs without changing gloves. Also, sometimes they ring you up before you complete your order. Then if you ask for additional toppings, they want you to circle around and make a seperate transaction for what was added. When they could have just waited until you completed the order, then check you out to be sure nothing was missed. It just nonsense honestly 😅

Store was only accepting cash. I didn't see the handwritten sign that was hung 6 feet on the door since I'm 5 feet tall. Person behind the counter prepared by sandwich, wrapped my sandwich then said cash only. I think I should have been told "we're only accepting cash right now" prior to the person completing my order. Then I was told there was an ATM a 1/2 block away? This could have been avoided if the service person had reinforced they were only accepting cash when taking my order. Versus saying,"there's a sign on the door."

First time at Jersey Mike's and it was awesome I'm just sorry they were bought by Blackstone, it's only a matter of time before the quality goes down in order to squeeze maximum profits for shareholders. 😥 So enjoy it while it lasts!!!
