Jersey Mike's Subs

I went inside the store at 8:29 and the store doesn’t close until 9:00 the guy and the woman in there told me they were closed because they were cleaning to get out of there early the black woman in there was mad and shook her head when I walked in like she was irritated or something do ya job or be a bum on the streets like you should be goofy

Got there at 8:45pm. They are suppose to close at 9pm. Door was locked. I knocked and one of the guys inside looked at me.I indicated they had 15 min. Til close he just ignored me!

Ive witnessed on 2 visits that they go from the register to making subs without changing gloves. Also, sometimes they ring you up before you complete your order. Then if you ask for additional toppings, they want you to circle around and make a seperate transaction for what was added. When they could have just waited until you completed the order, then check you out to be sure nothing was missed. It just nonsense honestly 😅

Store was only accepting cash. I didn't see the handwritten sign that was hung 6 feet on the door since I'm 5 feet tall. Person behind the counter prepared by sandwich, wrapped my sandwich then said cash only. I think I should have been told "we're only accepting cash right now" prior to the person completing my order. Then I was told there was an ATM a 1/2 block away? This could have been avoided if the service person had reinforced they were only accepting cash when taking my order. Versus saying,"there's a sign on the door."

First time at Jersey Mike's and it was awesome I'm just sorry they were bought by Blackstone, it's only a matter of time before the quality goes down in order to squeeze maximum profits for shareholders. 😥 So enjoy it while it lasts!!!

Came in today and the place was clean and my sandwich was ready really quick. I appreciate how clean the table was where they make the sandwiches. That really goes a long way. The person taking my order was nice knowledgeable to all my questions.

Ordered two club supremes through a promotion on UE, jalapenos, relish, lettuce, tomato, onion... What I got was meat, cheese and bread. Just cancel the order if you're out of that many toppings.

The staff was great, the restaurant was really clean, the prep area was really clean too. BUT one sandwich was made wrong and due to allergies could not be eaten. The other sub (chicken cheese steak) was filled with hard little parts.

Worst Experience Ever – Unprofessional, Rude, and Disrespectful behavior from the manager

I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior at any restaurant as I did at this Jersey Mike's. I went in to redeem a coupon that they gave me the previous week (buy one get one free) only to be told it wasn’t valid there. The manager was visibly angry and completely unfriendly from the start, treated me with zero respect. Instead of offering any reasonable explanation or apology, she rudely snatched the coupon and threw it in the trash can, she said its 100% UNREDEEMABLE now.
Her entire attitude screamed of someone on a power trip, with the manager acting more like a Bully than a Leader.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Between the rude, unfriendly staff, the manager’s terrible attitude, and the disgusting hygiene practices, (manager held trash can to show me she 100% threw my coupon with same gloves she handles food with) this Jersey Mike’s location is a a circus. If you care about how you're treated and the cleanliness of your food, avoid this place at all costs.

The staff is great and listen. I don't eat pork, my only issue is there is no change of gloves in between touching different meats between orders and there should be another slicer for beef and turkey. Other than that, the food is delicious

Dietary restrictions: As stated above..I don't eat pork and I think there should be a separate slicer for pork. And one for cheese, beef, and turkey.

Came in last second tonight, the night staff were very AWESOME!! Wayne was there always showing positivity with the customers. They were busy with on-lines but managed to get my sub done fast. I recommend Jersey Mike’s subs they are the BEST.
