I have been going to this location since it opened and it has been good until recently. I ordered my lunch on 3/18/24 at about 11:30am on the app thinking I could pickup on my lunch break. The app told me it would not be ready until 12:20. I showed up late about 12:30 and I stood at the pickup location for a few minutes until someone acknowledged me. I was then notified my food was next to be made. I finally got my food at about 12:40. To be fair it was pretty busy but there were 5 people working. The customer service just isn't quite up to par. Unfortunately in our day and age, I think it's just hard to find and retain good help in the food service industry.

I have been going to this location since they opened. I was satisfied with the service up until now. I was the only customer when I walked in. I ordered a #14 and a #17 no peppers or onions and add mushrooms. I have to wait for the #17 to be grilled. Well a ccustomer who arrived just after me ordered a #17. A little while later they Hand a sandwich to him. He approached me after he took a bite of his and said I think I got your sandwich. I made the employees aware of the mix up. They said they would make me another. Instead of making mine immediately, everyone who ordered after me was getting their sandwiches. I asked after 20 minutes about mine and they said they were getting to it. 30 minutes later they Hand me a sandwich. I get home to find it wasn't what I had ordered. I drove back and they went a head and made another sandwich. Not once did they apologize. They gave me the correct sandwich on the 3rd try, but should have apologized and maybe even offered a complimentary drink or something. I wasn't pleased at all.

I have been going to Miller Park location for sine it opened and this is my first time have not been satisfied with my sandwich- new people and new management I guess - very small portion of meat on my giant Italian. I called and was told to write a review or bing the sandwich back- so my review is to go to a different location, this one is not it for customer service and a great sandwich any longer.
