HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered from doordash and been waiting for a long time. My doordasher told me that when he arrived the order is not even started at all. And he was also waiting for a long time till we both decided I'll just cancel the order since it is a waste of time. Now im hungry and upset and would order somewhere else. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. I'll even let the corporate know. They're hiring bunch of incompetent people.

It's good if you go to the store and get it. But if you have it delivered there's a high chance they won't deliver it or will deliver it to the wrong address. We've had 3 such instances where it wasn't delivered and we had to call. Just not worth the hassle to get it delivered.

My order was out for delivery for 45 min after 45 min being made, when the store is less than 1 1/2 miles away. Food was not only soggy, because it was sitting so long. Called to complain, whoever answered was rude, a complete jerk, and he hung up on me. My wife's part of the order has been messed up everytime we've ordered from there. We have never complained until this time and I get some ass hat yelling at me on the phone. I will from now on, drive to a diffrent location where employees have glasses and passed the 3rd grade can read the order. I guess that's what you get when you hire children with the maturity of a 3rd grader.

Usually I never have too many problems with anything from your store. Buy on 11/3/24 at about 1:30 I ordered lunch. As I was pulling up to the window I noticed the person manning the drive thru window was eating. As she was waiting for my order to bag it up she finished her food, licked her fingers and wiped them off on her person. She also made contact to her face. Good thing she only touches the outside of the items. Then as a rewards customer I had a free original sandwich. I said I would use the reward. The person couldn’t figure out how to deduct the sandwich from the total. Then another worker came to help. Neither one could figure it out and just told me that it had to be an online order. Doesn’t say that on the app. Oh well. I still have the reward coming. Just don’t understand how the basic rules of hygiene can’t be followed even if she didn’t make my sandwich. Also the lack of knowledge of company policies.

Night shift workers were extremely welcoming and nice . Got us our subs in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend going to this Jimmy John’s . Thank you guys for providing excellent service .

I went in and ordered my sandwich. I usually get Dijon mustard on it at the same location and for some reason they kept saying they did not have it and never offered it. I explained to them that I had it before numerous times at this location so I just assume that maybe they ran out so I dropped the whole mustard thing, so I figure I’ll just get the sandwich without it. Well when I got my sandwich it was very dry. It was put together poorly. The meat was practically shredded and the staff were very rude. I had to repeat my order over like six times and then finally they had me come to the window and treated me as if something was wrong with me and if they just could not comprehend what I was saying. They brought the mustard thing up and I told them politely that I always get it at this location and I Waukesha. But it was fine the male worker proceeded to correct and somewhat in a condescending tone state that will Waukesha is a different location in a different franchise and we don’t have that again. Then he rushed away from the register while I was still ordering stuff like my cookie and stuff and I had to remind him like can you please add the cookie on then, he just passed me my sandwich and left me at the window without giving me my bank card back . The customer service is horrible and they need to hire better workers and I will never be eating back there again

Went here today & spent almost 40 bucks for same dry sandwiches that made me choke. Why take my order if you’re not going to make it the way the way I asked. I’m not sure if the meat fresh either. I’m pregnant and the I have been sick ever since I took a bite of the dry sandwich. This was my first time here. I should have just went to Cousins Subs like I usually do. Lesson learned for me and my family. I’ve never felt like this before from eating JJ food but I guess there’s a first for everything

Went through the drive through to buy some of the bread and they gonna say that don’t have any… like how do you not have bread at a sub place… just shut this place down they are getting lazier and lazier over the years.

Visiting from FL and this jimmy John’s left a nasty 1st experience. The girls are very nice and customer service it’s good but guy preparing the subs gets very agitated if we don’t order specifically to make it easy on him. Its our first time eating jimmy johns. He took the shine from the hard work the young ladies were doing. He’s a grown man and those young girls are showing him. Just because you’re doing sandwiches doesn’t mean you have to suck at customer service and get to be rude and obnoxious to customers because they forgot to ask for oregano and oil. And also as we walked out he screamed have a great day! Knowing he was being rude because we let the girls know. I think he needs to go back to either a factory or learn from the young people around. Patience it’s a virtue Sr. It’s too early for all that sassiness.

So wierd. We've been reliably getting the same order every week up until a month ago. Now, delivery takes up to 1.5hr and so many missing ingredients on the sandwiches. It was like bread with a slice of meat and scattered vegis. No provolone, no ham, no cappicola, just a bit of salami. Thankfully got a refund, but I guess we need to look elsewhere.
