This is the 3rd time this store has completely messed up my order. I usually don't do stuff like this but this is honestly ridiculous. Overpriced food and delivery fee to receive the wrong order. I even had to cut it in half myself. Hand downs the worst jimmy johns in Milwaukee. Also they didn't have a driver so my food took over an hour in a half to even get to me. They then gave my order to a dasher and had no way of contacting them. 0/10 experience.

Very bummed with the service today. Ordered a sub and two pickles around 1:20 pm. The app said it was here around 2:15, it was not. Called the store and was told the driver was still on the road. 45 minutes later, still not here so I called again, and was told there was a mix up with the drivers, which is why my order never arrived. I was offered just an in store credit, or to have it remade and sent out again. Figured if I have to have the money sent there, I'd just ask to have it resent out. It's been about 20 minutes now since then. We'll see if it's here in time for dinner ?

Easily the slowest Jimmy John’s, make sure you order your food at least an hour and a half before you want to eat. Every time I order it takes at least one hour minimum to get my food.

Stopped in to order lunch and was ignored by the 4 people working here. When I asked if anyone was going to help me one worker rudely let me know she needed to finish making her delivery order and started making snide remarks under her breath while one employee was talking on the phone right in front of me. Horrible customer service if you expect to order in person! I walked out and let them know their customer service sucks

I ordered my Sammy Sam and it took an hour to reach me. I find this odd for someone who calls themselves "Freaky Fast". The delivery driver on the other hand was fabulous. Very kind indeed. My Sammy Sam was cold by the time I got it.

Didn’t have change for 100 bill when my meal was 30 bucks. Asked me to go to a gas station. The gas station across the street doesn’t sell diesel. So I would have to spend 10 bucks or more to break it there on things I don’t need. What a waste of time.. the other jimmy John’s I used to go to at my old house was horrible and now this one is well on its way to joining. This place is in the middle of an extremely busy business area near the brewer stadium. How do you not have change 80 bucks to give in change. Called to cancel because I’m not driving a mile away and buying things I don’t need to purchase a meal I wanted 20 min ago. You’re a professional establishment that’s sells small orderes and I didn’t have it delivered I went to store. No bueno
