Little Caesars Pizza

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a food chain. I put in a food order at 6:39 pm. After an hour I went to check to see if my food was ready and a worker told me it was in the oven. After another 25 mins a lady at the counter had asked for my receipt and informed me that my food in fact had not been started at all. The amount of frustrated people in the lobby waiting for food was ridiculous. Lots of issues that need to be addressed here and would definitely not recommend

Literally had to wait an hour then the pizza was a mess they had a mess of pizzas that they did not know what belong to who,,worse service and the pizza was a mess ,ever definitely don't recommend

Highly disappointed with the attention to detail and response to customer issues. I had ordered a pretzel stuffed crust pepperoni with cheese sauce and a soda for delivery, normal items on your menu, nothing special. My husband was out of town and ordered this for our son and I to have. It took a while which I understood because you had the delivery person going to 5 separate locations. When I went to get the order off the porch there was no 2 liter of soda, whatever I shrugged it off. But when I opened the pizza box to a plain pepperoni pizza. My son was absolutely upset about it and didn’t want to eat it. He hates the normal sauce you have and Honestly I don’t blame him i took one bite and it was disgusting. Like you used old dough and didn’t cook it all the way through. I tried to reach out to you plenty of times regarding this but have gotten a response. Highly disappointed by this entire experience and lack of customer support by your store and company. All we wanted was a good stuffed pretzel crust with a soda and we’re met with disappointment and had to figure out something else. Just all around a bad experience

Horrible service workers are rude I ordered my food at 6:12 and got my food at 7:50
I ordered 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage the pepperoni was fine but my sausage was barely even cooked ! Never come to this location ! There’s 4 different workers and they not even doing a damn thing in there ! They told one of the customers if they are rushing they going to eat what they give them and as me having anger issue I removed my self from the store cause I wouldnt want to put my hands on little workers .

Pick up time was supposed to be 4:33-4:38 PM.
It was actually 4:53 PM!!!!

12-2025 I tried another time and followed the schedule they sent me. But, according to their schedule it took 1 minute between the time they put it in the oven and the time it was done. See screenshot below.)

Ended up with a lukewarm, soggy pizza. And as you can see from the picture, not a good job of distributing the topping evenly.

The food is awesome however they are slow very slow it'll take several hours just to get an order done it just depends on who's working problem is one night I went in they said there's no manager there it's like everybody said this is your position do it with no training and it's irritating corporate needs to get on ALL their locations or the franchise people.

Horrible service. Save your time and get dominos. Waited in drive thru over 20 min just for them to say they aren’t taking orders. Told them they should put a sign so people aren’t waiting for nothing. And she said they won’t because they don’t have time for that. Will never go here again.

Worst mistake ordering here.it took over hour and a half to get the food delivered. The pizza was cold. They shorted me one pizza. I called the store 3 times. The first time Barbra answered and said she was transferring me to the manager and hung up. The other 2 I sat on hold for over 10 minutes and still nothing. Never again

I ordered online the app said it would be ready at 4pm. Got there paid for my order was told that there was no wings ready. I would take 15min for the wing, at the end they gave a cheese pizza instead of sausage, no wings and no Pepsi. The manager is incompetent, irresponsible person. Meanwhile the rest of the employees are chichchatting and the manager no where to be found. 😡😡😡😡

Absolutely awful service, I had ordered a 2 liter of Pepsi and a pretzel crust pizza with pepperoni and cheese sauce for my wife and son while I was out of town and had it delivered to her because she wasn’t feeling well. They never delivered the soda and the pizza wasn’t even pretzel crust. I had paid extra money for the soda and pretzel crust pizza and I feel ripped off. My son loves the pretzel and didn’t even want to eat it, he said that the pizza was unappetizing and completely ruined his dinner. I had to order something else for them to eat. I wasted my hard earned money to treat them and you can’t even make the right pizza or bring the soda I paid $3+ for. On top of that they had to wait over an hour for the food to even come and it shows up cold.
