Went thru the drive thru tried to get their breakfast favorites bundle was first told they didn’t have that then was told they did but only on the app then told they have it on their kiosk but they can’t serve it through the drive thru so I went to another location and had no issues got my food through the DRIVE THRU! Same order nothing different just people that knew what they were doing

I ordered a crispy and having to wait for like 20 mins for my food when it was not busy bcuz everyone playing around. And after biting into my sandwich the chicken was raw! It's already bad enough they ignore you when you need your drinking cup. Terrible place.

Waited for about 10 minutes. The person at the counter just walked away never greeted me or came back for my order and then I was not able to put any order in on the kiosks so this was just a waste of a trip.

Items missing called to see how to get the item since it was a delivery. Melissa answered the phone very friendly and happy. I asked her the question and she didn't know the answer so she went to a general manager named Rocky. I could hear Rocky been very rude and smart with Melissa. Answering her question unprofessional Melissa didn't even have to tell me what the answer was I could hear her though the phone.
