horrible environment, assistant manager and Manager keeps allowing about 5 homeless people inside the dining lobby and they sleep there and stay there all day without purchasing anything and I am not trying to judge but you want to puke do to the horrific smell .Ond guy overdose last week and another guy was cleaning his horrible smelling feet at the table next to mine, and he was touching everything with his hands that were on his dirty feet.Seriously I didn't know what was worse, the horrible Body odor or his sweaty smelly feet.I literally had to go to the bathroom and puke my breakfast.This is going to keep happening because the younger assistant manager keeps enabling them to come here because she gives them free coffee and hash browns.I get that she is doing something nice but we the paying customers are paying for it by not having a normal clean experience.

The restaurant could've been a little cleaner, especially with all the staff that was working and the drive they not being that busy at the time I visited. It's best to order at the counter with a person and wait for your food because of you order at the kiosk, grab a number and wait at your table, it's almost like you'll be forgotten about our they'll get to you when they get to you. I seen people coming and going and getting their food before me, and I waited close to 10 minutes before I got up to ask what was going on. I only had 3 Happy Meals, that means super small fries (not even enough to fill up a large fry container), two 4 piece nuggets, and a cheeseburger. Nothing great food about my service this day.
called to let them know they didn’t put all of my food in the bag, got yelled at on the phone by the manager saying “i don’t ever miss food ion remember that” i mean i get it’s mcdonald’s but they can’t even show the smallest ounce of respect??

My fiancé and I come here often in the morning, and lately the service is horrible. One entrance way is not working and the other door is broken and you literally have to open it with your foot. My fiancé brought it to an employees attention only to get an attitude from said employee. They accused him of talking slick and asked him who are you to talk this way? Really? We are paying customers who expect decent service, that’s who. Do better McDonald’s. Get some better employees instead of ghetto trash.

This place has a dreed hair young man working drive through he is extremely rude … every time I come here which is at least 4 times a week he tells me to pull up and someone will bring me my food ( all I order is a sandwich ) there should be no reason for someone to have to pull forward for one sandwich - because of how I was treated I’ll be sure to never return to the miller parkway location and I’ll be sure to let all my people know how unprofessional and rude lil sir was !!!
