I get delivery from this Noodles all the time and I basically get the same thing, which is the Wisconsin Mac w/o cheddar cheese, and 9 times out of 10 they ignore it and put cheddar cheese on it anyways. It’s honestly ridiculous. I have to find myself lucky if they actually listen and don’t put cheddar cheese on my noodles.

Went into the restaurant to place an order. The cashier said my card was declined, and then gave me several possible reasons which I knew weren't the case. I sat down in a VERY dimly lit lobby and played a hunch by placing my order for that location online. It went through fine, and the food was delicious.I have no way to know the actual reason I was refused service in person, but either way, forcing a paying customer to use the online portal from their own lobby is a bad business model.

Worst service I have ever encountered, stood their for 40 minutes waiting for my food to go. I saw people that ordered after me getting it and leaving and checked on it and they didn't even make it!! Completely skipped my small order. When they took my order they said they didn't have what I wanted for the first two items I tried to order and acted like they didn't want to even take my order. More and more people started to come in and they got even more behind. Ended up waiting an hour for my food, ridiculous amount of time for quick lunch break from work on a Thursday!
