This location has been on a steady decline over the past few years along with a string of incompetent service.
Ordered Kung Pao in the drive-thru, but was only told there would be a wait until I got to the window. After 15 minutes, the person came out with the incorrect order.
After driving BACK to the store to receive a refund, the only person to apologize was the main cashier (I wish I had her name but the service was so abysmal, it was a second thought). The manager offered no apology or explanation as to what happened, along with coming off with an attitude. I don’t know if this is a night vs day issue, but I would avoid this location altogether until there’s some accountability higher up.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I would never eat panda anymore. I picked some up before work and then when I opened it, the rice had some type of bugs in it. Threw it all out and was so disgusted I forgot to even take a picture smh. I used to like panda too, such a shame.

For whatever reason they will lock the doors 30 minutes before closing. I would understand shutting down the inside 10 or even 15 minutes before closing. But locking the doors and being extremely rude about coming in 30 minutes before closing just makes no sense.

Im just so disappointed in the food and the girl named Salina who packed my food. Straight up rude with no manners i was waiting in line to order and i was looking at the menu while she stared at me, didnt greet me, didnt say anything to me until i said hi and that i would like to order. She just had an attitude the whole time. They ran out of a dish that i wanted so i had to wait which i didnt mind but she didnt explain that it was going to be brought to me later and in the smaller take out boxes i thought she was gonna wait and put it in the to go plate i had. And as we were going down the dishes getting food, i said i wanted broccoli beef but changed my mind asap and said sorry can i get orange chicken instead? And she just glared at me like i killed her mom im so confused cause all i did was switch two dishes around and she was just staring at me its not like she even moved to get the broccoli beef so im irritated at the service she gave cause thats just rude. Just bad service from the beginning, food was also mid. The noodles there were hard, dry, and thin with absolutely no flavor, its different from the usual chow mein. Fried rice is mid, no flavor just rice with veggies, the meats were rich in flavor though

Whatever they did to their orange chicken, it sucks!!! The lady at this location told me they changed ingredients on the some of the food. I wish they told me ahead of time because I wouldn't have spent $50 on this garbage! I will not come back!!! P.s. A hope the General manager takes care of this issue.
Every time I have came here, they are stingy with the portions and I always order the bigger plate. Might as well just put the 3rd (meat) inside the plate. The plate seems smaller than before too 6x6 inches. (Looks bigger in picture)

I'm confused on why it takes so long when there's a few cars in line. They literally just need to scoop the food and send it out.
I waited 30 minutes in the drive through at this location. I generally like Panda Express but this is unacceptable. Won't be coming back.
