Im just so disappointed in the food and the girl named Salina who packed my food. Straight up rude with no manners i was waiting in line to order and i was looking at the menu while she stared at me, didnt greet me, didnt say anything to me until i said hi and that i would like to order. She just had an attitude the whole time. They ran out of a dish that i wanted so i had to wait which i didnt mind but she didnt explain that it was going to be brought to me later and in the smaller take out boxes i thought she was gonna wait and put it in the to go plate i had. And as we were going down the dishes getting food, i said i wanted broccoli beef but changed my mind asap and said sorry can i get orange chicken instead? And she just glared at me like i killed her mom im so confused cause all i did was switch two dishes around and she was just staring at me its not like she even moved to get the broccoli beef so im irritated at the service she gave cause thats just rude. Just bad service from the beginning, food was also mid. The noodles there were hard, dry, and thin with absolutely no flavor, its different from the usual chow mein. Fried rice is mid, no flavor just rice with veggies, the meats were rich in flavor though

Whatever they did to their orange chicken, it sucks!!! The lady at this location told me they changed ingredients on the some of the food. I wish they told me ahead of time because I wouldn't have spent $50 on this garbage! I will not come back!!! P.s. A hope the General manager takes care of this issue.

Every time I have came here, they are stingy with the portions and I always order the bigger plate. Might as well just put the 3rd (meat) inside the plate. The plate seems smaller than before too 6x6 inches. (Looks bigger in picture)

I'm confused on why it takes so long when there's a few cars in line. They literally just need to scoop the food and send it out.
I waited 30 minutes in the drive through at this location. I generally like Panda Express but this is unacceptable. Won't be coming back.

Never have an issue with this location. EVER!!! West bend location had me sitting with an empty drive though. At the box. For 7 Mins. Called and some little girl answered said she was busy on the phone. Yea no shiz. I pulled up to the window to make the call to seee who would answer. This girls yelling at her mom or something and Noone taking orders. The other two panda location closest to this store are an easy 2* n3ver full plates. Dry old food. Of your hungry go here don't go to any other panda exspress

The food buffet is decent and cooked to order so you will have to wait about 5-10 minutes before you can get the food you want. The customer service is courteous but...the atmosphere is not safe at all. Random beggars and drug addicts will either wait in the parking lot or come into the restaurant and then go from table to table begging dine-in customers to buy them a meal! If they can't get customers who are sitting at the tables to buy them a meal, these beggars and drug addicts will harass people who are standing in line waiting to be served! There is no security and the staff will not stop the drug addicts and beggars from harassing you or make them leave... Going to this restaurant is just not worth risking mine or my family's personal safety...
The whole staff shouts welcome as soon as we/someone comes in 😭🫰 that alone convinces me this got to be the best Panda in the world idc W staff, managers, atmosphere, etc. + another worker even asked us twice if we’re enjoying our meal 11/10 recommend tysm Panda Express

First of all I come in and I have stand there looking around for like 5mins straight whilst I’m looking at like 14 employees that haven’t even greeted me. It’s really annoying. Then I get home to little to no food. What I did eat was also bland as hell. The portion size is a slap in the face.
