Dozen times because it's nearby but so many terrible experiences. Overcharged for things. Missing food. Taco shells obliterated into pieces. Three chips in a bag of chips and cheese. All ingredients in corner of box. Etc

Leaving a bad review because I ordered a taco party with 6 crunchy and 6 Doritos. Instead of getting my 6 Doritos I got 6 soft. Bad service and not even the correct food. Not coming back.

Multiple items missing from order. Staff is rude, huffing and rolling eyes when asked about missing items. The staff preparing food was chucking things around when preparing the missing items.

I just left Taco Bell and had to hop on here to warn others—DO NOT go here at night. First off, the customer service was a total disaster. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and made me feel like I was bothering them just by ordering food.
Then came the food… Cold. Like, straight-out-the-fridge cold. And let’s talk about the chicken nuggets—why do they even serve these? They were dry, rubbery, and tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp since lunchtime (or maybe last week?).
To top it all off, I asked for one drink and got a completely different one. No apology, but fix it with a shrug and a closed window.
Day shift usually holds it down, but the night shift? Absolute chaos. If I wanted cold food and attitude, I could’ve stayed home and cooked something I hate.
Taco Bell, do better. Or at least hire a night crew that knows how to care. It happen every time I come here at night. I only go to it because it’s close by.

I don’t think I’ve ever got my food in a reasonable time here. But today I waited 45mins on a mobile pickup order just to halve half of the order was missing.
I left the line after ordering without paying/getting the food. We waited over 15 minutes in line before deciding to just leave. There was already another vehicle ahead of us waiting. Since when is Taco Bell not “fast food”?

At around 11:15 on April 27th the drive thru worker was very rude, rushed me thru my order, didn’t even greet me when I arrived just said what do you want with an attitude.

had a mishap with my order but thanks to the ladies at this location i spoke with they fixed it right up no problems no issues you guys are awesome 2 thumbs up love this tacobell the one on 60th and greenfield sucks!!

My brother order food from here we waited 1 hour for the food and then they gave him the wrong food the employee was very unprofessional refused to give him a refund and top it off threatened to call west Milwaukee police on him because he said he was not leaving until he got his money back Taco Bell has to do better to have employees work your business and not be professional it’s insane you have people waiting an hour for food and then give them the wrong order refuse to give a receipt fix the food or money back it’s insane that’s theft !! And it be the customers that keep the establishment in business no way should a customer who is being polite respectful and professional should be treated that way that employee gave me Karen vibes !!

Taco Bell is a great go-to for a quick bite with a variety of options! They have combo boxes which can be customized and are a good deal. They have nacho shell tacos, calupas, beefy bean burritos, cantina tacos and the classic nacho fries! They also give you many sauces including mild, hot and diablo .
We ordered online using the app and applied a coupon for 20% of $20 so it was a very cheap dinner! The meal was ready within 5 minutes of arriving. The workers were polite and friendly.
Only complaint is sometimes they miss items so check your bag and they continuously smash my Mexican pizza in the boThe only
