The pizza is very good but some time when you add extra sauce and cheese they didn't do it.

We ordered food last night about 8 pm, and projected delivery was between 9:07 and 9:17pm. We finally got our food about 10:15. We understood it was a busy Saturday night and that the food would take longer to get. By the time we got our food it was cold. The most disappointing thing was the delivery driver indicated that she was the only scheduled delivery driver and that “they” know they need two drivers. I would highly discourage anyone from ordering delivery from this location especially on a Saturday night unless you’re okay with cold food.

I am writing to express my complete disappointment and outreach regarding the Customer Service i’ve received today. I called your location to place a pick up order for a very important meeting involving politicians, senators, and news reporters, and event for which I had carefully chosen Toppers Pizza to cater. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward experience turned into an absolute disaster.

I was hung up on three separate times and placed on hold for over 30 minutes, only to receive no assistance whatsoever. This level of disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. I am in total shock and disgust at how unprofessionally your staff handled the situation.

This was not just any order, it was an opportunity for Toppers Pizza to shine in front of some very important high profile individuals. Instead, the service I received left me questioning what kind of business are you running and whether accountability or professionalism exist within your company at all.

I’ll expect a prompt response as well as an explanation for why such apalling Customer Service occurred. I also want to know what corrective steps will be taken to ensure no other customer or public figure ever experiences something like this again.

The pizza was met, and the cinnamon stix tasted like garlic sticks with cinnamon and sugar and frosting on them, the pizza was like warm by the time I got there and just wasnt that great

Another GREAT example of the people you hire unfortunately tarnishing your business toppers. What really is the requirements to work at toppers? ANY toppers for that matter. Do you guys just chuck out all the ACTUAL qualifying applicants or does shaqueeda get in working there then gets all of her friends with 0 food prep experience or a care in the world for happy customers. I get these toppers are privately owned but you guys are ALL doing a HORRIBLE job. DO BETTER AND IF YOU PLAN TO DO LESS, PLEASE CHARGE LESS. No one likes being over charged for beyond mediocre pizza. It's really ashame I used to love and be loyal to toppers until I realized the type of people they hire. Mostly all 0 food prep cross contamination trained. They will take your money and go and touch the food without washing hands or gloves... You should be ashamed of yourself toppers. Why don't you actually read your bad reviews and fix that problem? No instead I see comments from years ago relatable to comments posted this week! 2 thumbs down!

Lunch or Dinner or Late night movie marathon pizza, Toppers on Miller Parkway is always on point! Great food and great customer service every time! Plus it is safe and clean every time, too!

Received the wrong pizza

Called for a delivery a week ago. Ordered a cheese sausage mushroom and onion large and some bread sticks. Personon phone told me it would be $40.00. I asked if I heard that right. The person said yes.

I ordered almost 40$ in food and got treated like complete garbage when I called back I was told there is no manager working and when I asked to have a manager call back the guy I was talking to said yeah he won’t call you back I said ok guess I’ll call corporate and he said oh yeah you should call corporate when I asked for his name he said oh your calling corporate then rudely hung up without giving his name this place needs to get shut down and I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow as it’s Sunday right now and they are closed

Bad food, unprofessional staff, and the store is filthy.

Yeah that Manager guy yeah he made me the worst pizza. Barely any cheese very skimpy company with there cheeses. Especially a pizza restaurant.
