Probably the most professional and good quality wing stop left in Milwaukee. Mangers are really good so if they forget something they will fix it no problem . Over all 10/10

I overall enjoy the food at this location but have two noteworthy poor experiences that stuck out to me. Once I ordered delivery for an 8pc, received 6pc, called and they only offered a free 6pc in person. Didn't end up doing it because I felt like the guy on the phone just thought I was lying for free stuff. It sucked and turned me off for a long while. Eventually came back and the service has been better. But one time I ordered wings at 4:40pm, showed up by 5, food wasn't ready until nearly 5:30. Which seems absurd really. Sucked being told an eta of 5 pm then waiting around half an hour. Those were outliers but really stuck with me. The food and staff are good though.

Good place to order to take out And dine in with a couple friends 4 double tables To be a small place is convenient if you’re not in a hurry ,suggest pre order because of the size of this place .. Food is average ,most wings and Chiken patties … Nothing extraordinary but edible

Their wings are creepily huge. The staff looked under alot of pressure, I guess that explains why my chicken wasn't completely cooked. The manager guy was no help and showed no sense of care of my complaint.

Worst service I’ve ever ever experienced. Been waiting 3 hours for my food. Kept getting put on hold. Called 3 times. Then they lost the order. Then said someone is on the way to drop it off which was a lie because no one dropped it off. Absolutely The worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food.

There are Wingstops, then there's this Wingstop. As I entered Wingstop, I saw the crew working hard to take care of the lunch rush. Harvey immediately gave me his attention and was able to set up my order, despite being inundated with other orders for Doordash. He and his team blasted through several large bags full of food and made sure each guest was taken care of, moreso if they had waited more than a few moments. Wingstop always hits, and Harvey made sure it was a great experience for everyone.

Updated review: still horrible. They messed up my order and they think ins drive 20 minutes back so they can fix it. Fries are cold and is the regular size instead of large. I don't have veggie sticks, honey mustard and they gave me blue cheese instead of ranch. Loved the barbecue wings. Just clean the bathroom please. Review: Oct 26 How does a wing place run out of wings? I had to cancel my order. I ordered wings no I do not want things or chicken tenders. Paid extra to get just flats. Horrible experience. Also dont like how they have the dashers pour the drinks or how they dont get wrapped straws for mobile orders.

Today 1/5/2025 around 5PM went to this location with the intention of eating at the restaurant. But while waiting for the food I was subjected to the manager interviewing a person and disciplining another manager. That should have happened in private not in front of customers and other employees.

This is the worst place to eat. Even take out is the worst. I don’t how they are still in business. My food had hair in it and the customer service was so rude and awful. Even from the manager. I don’t know how they are still in business. Not kid friendly either.
