“So I grew up, and lived most of my life in Chicago and the greater Chicagoland area, and I recently relocated to La Crosse. I was pretty sure I was not going to be able to find genuine Chicago Tavern Style thin crust pizza here-I was wrong!!
South Lanes pizza is true Chicago style thin crust pizza (cut into squares, as pizza should be)-perfect crispy crust, the right amount good cheese and nice sauce going almost to the edge of the pie. The Italian sausage has incredible taste.
I hate to admit this, but South Lanes pizza is pretty much as good as anything you'd find in Chicago.
Now, as a lifelong Chicago Bears fan, I'm not going to be rooting for the Packers (or Vikings) anytime soon, but it's nice to know you can get great Chicago style thin crust pizza in Wisconsin!“

“my husband and I have been to Hunters Last Chance many times! The staff are so nice and welcoming, food is consistent and good. The prices are the lowest ive seen in the area. Great owners and we always try to support the small businesses in our area! Highly recommend to anyone!“
