While in the drive-through at 9 o’clock at night, they’re busy time of night. I was asked to pull around back and wait because the potato cakes would take time. I said well if somebody pulls behind me and take an order I will pull around back until then, I’ll sit here. They started claiming that their manager won’t let them do that and I said well so they threw my money back in my face in my vehicle and told me to get the hell out of there way to go Arby’s. I ain’t thinking Arby’s anymore may never go there again.

I stopped here while working and have a few diet restrictions. They no longer have large wraps and the manager accommodated me with a smaller wrap and was very kind and polite about it. You don't see this often and she deserves credit for this!

Went to this arbys because I wanted to try something I havnt had in awhile. Well there is a reason why I've stop going to arbys. 1st the service was great. Everyone was nice and said please and ty. So.. That's not the reason. Argh the prices are through the roof. I got a double roast beef meal. The roast beef was kinda cold and full of knobs and rough chop fat. The curley fries were so broke up and greasy. If you do arbys go in and inspect the food from now on. I know I will. But at this time me and Arbys won't be seeing much of each other. To be fair it's just not this location. Time to move on from my childhood fav. Good luck.

ordered the bacon beef and cheddar, with jalapeño bites. the bacon was non existent, very thin with no flavor. the jalapeño were ok, not that spicy bit had a strange sour taste. wouldn't order either one from this location again.
I love the classic roast beef, it's a great lunch sandwich.

I am sorry to have to post this but every time I come here I am questioned by the store manager 3 or more times what I am ordering. She gets a very bad attitude and acts like she does not understand, yelling thru the intercom. Arbys is part of my comfort food but because of the management's attitude every time I come here, I will not be coming here anymore.
