Washrooms were in bad shape. Womans needed good cleaning. Prices on snacks were the highest I've seen. Prices on some items weren't posted.

So this specific burger king should probably close down. Waited over half an hour for food we ordered online. When we received it there was already a customer in front of us waiting to have his order taken for about 15 minutes. The man at the window was very slow and seemed to not care about his job. When we received the food it tasted like it had been sitting and was gross. Being short staffed is understandable, but if I had to wait for about 45 minutes total then the food should not have tasted like they got it out of the dumpster from yesterday. Their excuse was that they were having a steady day of business. It would be better for them not to be open then to give what they gave today! Don't eat here! I won't be from this point forward

Waited a long time for my food, when I finally got it, my burger wasn't hot. It used to be a good restaurant. They need more employees or better training for the employees.

Wow this is the first time I've been here in months and my order was correct! Service was great and fast. Haven't gone to this burger King since early 2024 and being met with rude staff that couldn't get an order correct was disheartening. This time it was all correct and the staff were great.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a five star experience at any fast food restaurant, but the Impossible Whoppers I got from this location were impeccable as well as some really stellar fries.

I just came there and spent about 20 dollars and I got a 8pc nuggets for about 3 dollars and they frogot to put them in the bag and yet still spent 3 dollars and it's always about 20 minutes for the wait. That's why I'm leaving 1 star.

Got there an hour and 45 minutes before close and it took 5-10 minutes of standing at the counter before anyone even acknowledged us. And when they did it was some of the worst service/ attitude I have ever had. Once we got our food we went to sit down and all the tables were dirty except for some that were blocked by chairs. There was already another family sitting over there so we did as well. While eating then, an employee came over and said “to you 2 family’s sitting over here this section is closed because we just cleaned it.” To which I stated that all the other tables were dirty in the other area. To which she stormed away and came back and cleaned off the other tables and rebooked off the other section. Again this was almost 2 hours before close…

I placed an order using the mobile app. Picked up my food at the drive-through. The young man who handed me my food did not speak ONE word to me.
No, "Hello".
No, "Here's your order."
No, "Thank you."
NOTHING.
He merely handed me my bag food and drink.
Extremely poor customer service in my opinion.
