I just came there and spent about 20 dollars and I got a 8pc nuggets for about 3 dollars and they frogot to put them in the bag and yet still spent 3 dollars and it's always about 20 minutes for the wait. That's why I'm leaving 1 star.

Got there an hour and 45 minutes before close and it took 5-10 minutes of standing at the counter before anyone even acknowledged us. And when they did it was some of the worst service/ attitude I have ever had. Once we got our food we went to sit down and all the tables were dirty except for some that were blocked by chairs. There was already another family sitting over there so we did as well. While eating then, an employee came over and said “to you 2 family’s sitting over here this section is closed because we just cleaned it.” To which I stated that all the other tables were dirty in the other area. To which she stormed away and came back and cleaned off the other tables and rebooked off the other section. Again this was almost 2 hours before close…

I placed an order using the mobile app. Picked up my food at the drive-through. The young man who handed me my food did not speak ONE word to me.
No, "Hello".
No, "Here's your order."
No, "Thank you."
NOTHING.
He merely handed me my bag food and drink.
Extremely poor customer service in my opinion.

Not as good as it used to be. Burgers and onion rings are not as good as they us to be. Restaurant not as cleaned as before. Good service but not the same.

I went in to get supper for my family and ran into a snafu with the app and payments. The guy at the counter wasn't much help. But as soon as a young gal named Cristen saw what was going on she came over and helped. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and made our supper happen without any farther glitches. As a business owner myself I was very impressed with her, and personally would have rewarded such behavior with either a promotion or a raise. She is definitely manager material if the company will pay attention to her and give her the opportunity.
