The guy at the counter stared at me blankly and silent, until I asked, "Doyou speak?" I had come in with my five-year-old daughter, who was pretty excited for a (rare) trip to Burger King, but she may has well have been a meat popsicle or other inanimate object, based on her treatment from the totally checked out counter person.The burger I ordered was slopped together haphazardly and carelessly and fell apart quickly. I have a hard time imagining a lower level of customer service, possibly because it's inconceivable. It may not exist.In my visit to Westfield Burger King this evening, I have been instantly converted to be a full supporter of automated fast food restaurants.BRING ON THE MACHINES.

I was sick the entire next day with diarrhea and stomach cramps. Never ever again will I go to a burger king, this is the third time this year so this was the last straw.

Food was fresh and hot, which I was surprised! Sadly got my order wrong, and when asked about it the lady giving us our food was a bit rude. The new seasoning on the fries is a bit overwhelming, couldn't eat them. Totally new staff from a few months ago. Not sure I will order the fires from here anymore.
