I parked my semi in the gravel lot and made a breakfast order on my phone. Then I walked inside by the time I got inside my food was already on the counter. Like less than 2.5 minutes from when I placed my order. That's insanely fast.

Start to finish I think I was in the parking lot for approximately 30 to 35 minutes for a single soda and two plain cheeseburgers. And ended up getting one of my cheeseburger orders wrong. If you are looking for a quick meal on the interstate, skip this location and go somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been to this location before—it’s always slow. It is what it is. But my last visit there THREW me over the edge. I ordered in the drive thru and did not receive a receipt because they ran out of paper. I waited in a reserved spot for 20 minutes and watched as this poor kid went from car door to door trying to figure out what food belonged to what car. Each person rifling through the bags of food and handing it back out to the employee for the next car to rifle through (disgusting!) I never got my food so I went in the store and waited an additional 15 minutes while I watch car after car and person after person receive their food before me. They clearly lost my order. But instead of rectifying the situation they told me I was the one being unreasonable and to continue waiting because they were busy. They wouldn’t give me my money back without the receipt that THEY didn’t give me. I walked away after 40 minutes with no food and no money. Absolutely horrific customer service. Never again. I want to be recompensated at the very least with coupons for the food I NEVER RECEIVED. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this McDonalds location like the plague.

Just went through, we had some trouble with our cards and had to go get cash, we did have a big order but the man in the drive thru was amazingly awesome, very patient and helpful, made me feel like I was a valued customer. The food was great and the atmosphere was welcoming, and to the man that took our order thank you so much for your patience and help. You honestly deserve a raise, absolutely amazing thank you. Five stars all around absolutely recommend going to this location! 🙂🙂

Westfield has a decent restaurant. Better than most. It was damn near $30 for 2 of us! Got 2 extra sandwiches in case we got hungry on trip or enjoy the next day. But damn it's getting expensive.
