Just went through Westfield's McDonald's at 12:07pm on April 16th. The ABSOLUTELY rudest employee I have ever experienced in my life! She was an older individual (as well as I am). We ordered some cheeseburgers, fries, and drinks. We asked for no drink carrier and she basically was pissed off about something and told us basically too bad and handed us the drink carrier in a VERY RUDE way!!!! There was one bus at the McDonald's and another bus just showed up but we had nothing to do with the buses and honestly we pulled up as the second bus did and it wasn't like a ton of unruly teenagers were pouring into McDonald's. IF this was an employee of mine and I ever heard them use that tone with one of my customers they would at a MINIMUM get a serious write up if not possibly lose their job!!!! We have gone through this McDonald's for over thirty years and WILL NEVER spend another penny at your location. I will be contacting corporate regarding this matter. Shame on you for being so rude!!!!!!

I waited for like 30 min or more for one shake and never get it ..I asked the young boys working there and didn't have an answer so I just left without anything ...it seems like they don't know what they are doing

The worst experience ever!! Will not go back! Kids happy meal with extra fries and we got 8 small French fries! Are you kidding me?? The people working were absolutely horrible! Pretty much yelling at me when I questioned them about the Fries. The girl gave me my drinks and said thank you, I had to ask her for my food also please. Just horrible!

First I didn't get my receipt, which at the time whatever until I wanted to do the survey on the visit because I did have problems.Went through the drive thru around 6pm. Ordered 2 sandwiches and a hot fudge sundae. We get handed the sundae with a napkin around it, come to find out because there is fudge all on the outside of the container. You couldn't clean it off?!My husband doesn't open up his mcdouble until we get home to find there is no condiments on it whatsoever and it's thrown together very Sloppy, bun half way off and wrapped under it.I tried calling this store 3-4 time after we noticed to let them know but no one would answer. Just wow..

Manager and employees are quite inept and rude. Cannot seem to figure out the mobile app, and could care less about trying to accommodate the use of it. The manager was very rude after the very unqualified and unfriendly drive-through girl couldn’t figure out how to process the order, Then I was giving the wrong order by the manager.

The experience I had at this restaurant was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had eating out. The manager of the store was very rude and condescending to the other employee (who was very patient and kind in her actions and words) and the customers who were simply there to get their food. The lobby closed at least two and a half hours earlier than posted. The manager again was extremely rude and aggressive towards the customers, going as far as yelling at them. which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It did not feel like a safe place to visit. I would save my money and go literally anywhere else. If I want McDonald’s again, you can bet I’m willing to drive an extra thirty minutes to another store location.And also, I hope the kind employee is able to leave that environment, because boy, was the manager absolutely horrible to her.

Group ordered 2 Burgers 2 McNuggets and 2 Fries, had to wait 15 minutes to get our food and the very large round man who gave it to us was just standing around doing jack. Don’t come here.

Once again, this McDonald's did not do table service. What is worse, they also did not call my name or number. My food, now cold, sat at the checkout counter for... who knows... at least 15 minutes as the app stated it was coming to my table shortly. At fifteen minutes of waiting, I got up and checked, and that's was when I found my bag and drink. I was in a real rush tonight too, had to deliver a stat O2 for a hospice patient two hours further north and already went 22.5 hours without eating as it was this kind of day. I really could have used the service and hot meal.
